Very happy with this TV, especially at the price point for Black Friday. My PlayStation 5 looks incredible on this TV, again for the price point cannot argue a really good TV. Had the TV delivered the delivery people were very professional, delivery was on time even communicating with me, but when they would be coming and where they were at the time, and very courteous, also being disabled at the moment the gentleman both help me bring it in and place it where I needed to until I could get it set up. After getting it set up for a little bit I have a perfect to the way I like it. I would recommend this TV for somebody again especially at that price point. 

Super lightweight, beautiful clear vibrant picture. Price was amazing. Only bad mark I have is the staff at the store when I picked up my order. The purchase was great however and I would recommend this tv

I Love this TV. I couldn't believe I could get a 55* for $220. Tthat works so well. The picture and sound are wonderful The salesman could tell exactly what I was looking for. Everything he set up for me went smoothly. Delivered exactly when he said. When the delivery guys came I asked them if they could put the legs on for me and lift it to where it beĺonged. They were so nice and real gentleman so I gave them a tip with a bottle of water to go. What a pleasure doing business with Bestbuy!

recently purchased the TCL 55" Class F35-Series 4K UHD HDR LED Smart Fire TV, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The picture quality is amazing for the price, the 4K resolution is clear and vibrant. The HDR really enhances the colors, making everything look more dynamic. Setup was pretty straightforward too, especially with the Fire TV OS built in – I had all my streaming apps up and running within minutes. The remote is simple to use, with voice control that actually works better than I expected. However, there are a few small downsides. First, the sound quality isn’t the best. I had to connect a soundbar to get a fuller, richer audio experience. Also, the TV’s interface can sometimes feel a bit sluggish when switching between apps or scrolling through menus. Nothing major, but it's noticeable when you're used to a faster system. Overall, this TCL TV offers excellent value for the price and delivers a solid 4K experience. Highly recommend it for anyone on a budget but still wanting a quality smart TV.

Bought this on Black Friday, seems like a steal and I was hoping it would be good but there are issues I want to address. Pro: Movies look great on this TV, ALLM and VRR as well as HDR enhancement improves pictures a lot. Value for product can't be beat since I got it for only 180 bucks and its 55 in 4K TV. Tons of entertainment channels with app availability. Alexa feature is great for when you're too lazy to look through the menu for features. Cons: Gaming HDR looks bad, very difficult to get the right picture, color looks either washed out or over saturated but that could be the fault of the game itself and not the TV. Too much advertisement on TV start up. Switching inputs to different channels or to a gaming console or Blue ray player takes a good while. Menu is over abundant in content and is difficult to navigate sometimes.

Really Glad i Made this Purchase . No complaints in my home, even My dogs love the tv for how clear the screen is i just leave it on for them on youtube so , they can watch nature videos or bluey but what i really enjoy is the game features & all the tv streaming options it has . It was generally really easy to set up as well . Definitely would recommend to a friend .

We've had it less than a month, but so far it seems to be a good TV. Was surprised how much LIGHTER it is in weight from our previous TV from just 5 years ago. Easy to set up, got our apps set up in it, and love the voice remote control. We can also control it with our other Alexa devices if we need to, so that's cool. Worked with my existing vesa Rocketfish TV mount. Thank the gods I saved all the extra mounting hardware, spacers, etc. I didn't need and the manual from the last time because these screws were smaller than my old one (and I still had them, yay past me!). The worst part about the swap to the new TV was I pulled off my backlighting strip from the old one and now have to get sticky mounts to put it on the new one because the stickum doesn't want to...well, stick. LOL But that's not the fault of the TV, and I'm not tossing the lights. LOL We're happy with this TV so far. The previous was a Samsung we bought in 2020 and we got the dreaded vertical black bar down the screen that quickly grew progressively worse. After researching and finding out it was a known issue (and of course it was out of warranty) I swore not to buy another one of those. I say go for this unit. We got it on sale and while it's a couple of inches smaller than our previous unit (barely noticeable on the wall) I'm knocking on wood we get more than 5 quality years out of it, unlike the Samsung.

I was a little hesitant to buy this 55 " tv because the saleperson trrided to trade me up to a more expensive model, telling me this tv was just made for Christmas sale. I bought it anyway and am thankful I did. The picture is bright and crystal clear and the sound is cxellent. I'm thankfull I purchased the set b/c I had faith that Best Buy would only sell qualify products Thanks Best Buy!

Great picture and easy to set up. Sound is very good for gaming and movies.

We used this 55” TCL Fire TV as a display in our company showroom. It’s hooked up to a computer via HDMI and runs a looped video with our digital signage software. The picture quality on the TV is good. There are better looking TVs out there but not at this price point unless you find a great sale. My one complaint with this TV is that the settings are pretty lacking. No options to automatically turn on to a specific input, and while you can label inputs there is no custom option so you’re stuck with the list them came up with. For most people, those aren’t deal breakers, but can be annoying for some so I figured it was worth noting. Also of note, the VESA mounting holes are at the bottom of the TV, which drives me crazy. Manufacturers, please start centering the mounting brackets again! It’s very limiting for installation. Overall, this is a nice TV with solid picture quality at a budget price. There are some minor annoyances but overall a nice TV!

I’ve got this TV for maybe two years now and it is incredible colors fantastic. It’s held up great with a few little adjustments to the settings. It’s perfect for home theater.

First one was DOA. The geek squad delivered and removed the old one after 2 days. Overall that experience was satisfactory. Now let's talk about the tv. It is extremely lightweight. Probably not in a good way. You get the feeling that one wrong twist will ruin the screen. It literally feels like two sticks holding up the screen. Once you carefully mount the tv, your worries subside. The picture is decent, the sound adequate. The remote is probably much larger than needs to be. The fireos seems to be snappy enough. We use roku so dont really mess with the remote daily. Now that the mounting and installing is done, I am happy and grateful for what I have, and only paid $169 for it. I am interested to see how long this tcl will last. I will definetly go with a sturdier old school tv style on e this one fails. Three stars for the first being DOA. Tcl and BB customer service was productive and pleasant for me.

The TV looks great for the price. Initially, after setting it up, it was slow and there was a noticeable delay. However, after updating to the latest version, I haven't experienced any lag or glitches. With Fire TV, advertisements can be frequent, so you'll need to adjust some content preferences to avoid loud audio ads interrupting your viewing. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and its price.

Picture is pretty good, sound is mediocre. The standard picture settings produce the famous "soap opera effect", but if you're not into that you can disable it by switching the picture mode to "Movie". There's an issue when using the Netflix app the image starts glitching and it won't show the bottom part of the screen. After that, every app starts glitching the same and I have to restart the TV to make it work again. I've found that the only solution is not to use the Netflix app. Overall, I think it was still a good deal for the price I paid.

Great picture, great size, lite weight. Perfect and easy to use. Great for all kinds of uses. Perfect holiday window useage. Neighborhood loved the effect.
