The TV has great color and sound. It's easy to use. The control is slightly different than what we're used to. We've had it for two weeks and it's been great so far.

Great picture. Good clarity and color. Affordable for unexpected expense. Relatively easy to install. Worked with the bracket from LG TV that fizzed out in 4 years.

It’s a decent TV for the price. Exceeded expectations

This TCL 55" Smart TV is an amazing buy. The features are very easy to access and the setup was rather seamless, I bought this unit to add to my home and the family was pleased with how easy we could get to our streaming platforms like Disney+, Starz and many more. I will definitely buy another TCL from Best Buy.

Got the TV for my step-brother for a Christmas gift, which made me look like a great gift-giver. The TV was inexpensive with a great quality picture and ready to go. For the price range, I was thinking of something smaller, but wow, at that price, I couldn't pass it up.

This TV would easily get 5 stars if it were more responsive and didn’t crash once a day. Unfortunately, the remote always stalls and the tv randomly freezes or kicks you out of streaming apps. If you are looking for a gaming TV look no further. The picture is amazing and for some reason it never crashes in game mode. Sound is decent, but not terrible. Like I said if you are looking for a gaming TV this is a good option. As far as just got streaming this TV is a 3.

Great picture, easy to use menu.... I do not see anything bad about this TV. The price was amazing as well, and was the deciding factor.

This tv works great, I use it with a tv stand in my patio for weekends with family and friends to watch games or play video games, very useful and practical since is using fire tv and I can install any app to stream content.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter that we gave to her before Christmas day. She is in heaven now that she can watch all her favorite shows in picture perfect view. Now we have to figure out how to get her to come out of her room. We love the clarity, and the price was right!

It’s ok. It always closes out of the app for no reason which is annoying. I liked TCL when it had Roku not this Fire tv. It’s a nuisance. But I gave a four because I have a password for everything so I can protect my kids from watching inappropriate content. I was able to create everyone an account. And te picture quality is good too

I’ll be frank— I did not expect the quality for the price or brand. This is now my second TCL TV. The overall picture is way better than I would’ve expected. This one has FireTV & the other one I got has GOOGLETV— either is fine. Doesn’t affect the quality just different software. I love how thin it is versus most TVs at this size & price. Got this on a great deal & shared with multiple people who are also very pleased & surprised of the overall quality & design.

Overall TV is great. Just had a problem pairing xfinity remote with TV. Finding the match for the TCL TV is a problem because it is listed as a TCL Fire tv which is hard to find in settings. Support could not help me. I finally figured out but took a long time.

Excellent TV!! It’s amazing how clear the picture is and how easy it is to use. The added bonus of controlling the tv with Alexa is priceless!

Bought as a gift, but I got to look at it over the holiday and performance and picture are both up to par. Sound could be better, as several other reviews have noted; do look at a soundbar to accompany it if that's a priority. Few small glitches with the Fire interface but nothing critical.

For the money this smart TV has a great picture, the menus are fine, response a bit slow, but not bad. U am very happy with this purchase, I added a sound bar, but for normal TV watching the set's speakers were adequate. Eay to install and to sert up. No problems so far!
