Came with a remote that didn’t work and CSA tried to make me call TCL to get another one. Had to ask her to assist with that task. TCL sent me a remote in about 4 days but now that I can watch it I love it

It’s a good TV for the price. It took me a little while to get used to the Fire TV interface since I’m more familiar with Roku and Google TV. The screen display looked a bit off at first, so I had to adjust the color settings to get the picture looking right. So far, it’s working fine overall. However, I’m not a big fan of the Fire TV interface—it’s not as user-friendly as others I’ve used. That might be part of the reason for the lower price.

Tv is amazing. Picture is unbelievable. Had to get different cords for thi gs we plug i to the tv but understandable. Only draw back is if you sit ofd to tje sods the picture is not as clear

I got this tv during a 4th of July Summer sale and it's been doing a pretty good job of being a tv. I'm no expert on picture quality or anything but for $200 I'm happy with it. My only complaint is that the remote doesn't always seem to work the first time, sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to turn on/off, change volume, etc.

Crisp clear picture! I was worried because I have gotten Black Friday TV’s from other stores that were bad, but this one is great. The pictures are super crisp and I love that is has Amazon built in.

This is a very good product I would definitely recommend its purchase very clear pictures, volume audio level quite acceptable The only setback is that the storage for the apps are very limited does not give you a lot of storage for apps. This unit was easy to set up an easy to connect to Wi-Fi.

The Tv has really Good picture quality and the sounds doesn’t tear apart and the best the connecting PS5 to this this has real time experience of the game over all best product to buy

TCL-55'' tv I think that it is a very nice television. I like the many features it provides. I also am impressed with the quality of the sound/speakers.

very happy with this purchase. TV was quick and responsive. The remote also had a voice function which I utilized almost every time I use the TV. The quality of the picture was incredible. I’ve had a couple TVs in my day once with my father best and honestly, the price was pretty good too. I liked how thin it was very modern look Overall, I would totally purchase the next generation of TCL’s if I do need a TV

Stunning,jaw droppingly sharp,vibrant crystal clear picture with great sound! Like an expensive ihger end tv,but for practically nothing! Games are incredible to play on it with no lag,just buttery smooth play. 4k is amazing, see no difference from this tv and other expensive ones.The tv's so bright the picture dissappears lol, its incredible!If youre looking for an excellent tv that costs so little,get this!You wont be dissapointed that you didnt get an oled or qled,the colors are amazing without it,you'll think you already have one!

Great Value. Sound is decent, but TV's this size always struggle with full sound. I highly recommend adding a sound bar with sub if you like full room-filling sound. Picture is great!

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The 55" screen is really a great improvement for me. I had issues with my sound bar for a couple of days, but was able to get it working with this TCL. The issue I was never able to get help with is that Amazon Music would only sometimes play songs enabled with Dolby Atmos, but never in HD or Ultra HD. It just sits there and buffers. After calling Amazon, TCL, and the Geek squad multiple times with no one helping I finally plugged in my Fire Stick and watch and listen through that rather than the Fire OS on the TV. Now I can listen to Amazon Music without any problems. The reason I am still okay with my purchase is because of the Black Friday sale price and I bought a sale priced Geek Squad protection plan along with it. If not for that I would not be pleased.

I really like this tv it show a great picture and it came with a built in fire tv and last you couldn’t beat that price for it a great deal.

Bought this on Black Friday, seems like a steal and I was hoping it would be good but there are issues I want to address. Pro: Movies look great on this TV, ALLM and VRR as well as HDR enhancement improves pictures a lot. Value for product can't be beat since I got it for only 180 bucks and its 55 in 4K TV. Tons of entertainment channels with app availability. Alexa feature is great for when you're too lazy to look through the menu for features. Cons: Gaming HDR looks bad, very difficult to get the right picture, color looks either washed out or over saturated but that could be the fault of the game itself and not the TV. Too much advertisement on TV start up. Switching inputs to different channels or to a gaming console or Blue ray player takes a good while. Menu is over abundant in content and is difficult to navigate sometimes.

TV looks amazing-only thing I don't enjoy is that it occasionally decides that we should be on the home screen for fun - but really not that often and it's a huge upgrade for an affordable price, so an overall win:)

This TV has been a great purchase so far! The incredible low price made us wonder about quality, but we are loving the picture, ease of set-up and all the features!!! Thanks for a great deal!!!

I like my TV very much for its picture quality and its functions are great.

Sharp colors, good sound, easy to use and I really like it so far. Best But handled the delivery seriously, kept me notified of its progress and it arrived as promised.

Better than what I thought wasn’t to sure at first but when got it up and going could t believe how good it looked and sound is amazing as well deff a bang for ur buck
