Upgrade for my In-laws. Christmas present. They love the amazing picture and the ease in using the Smart TV essentials. They love using the voice activate to search for their favorite shows.

I love the picture, sound quality, and the fact that it is a fire tv. I’m winning all the way round and the variety of free channels is amazing. A great bargain buy. I would highly recommend if you are not trying to go too big with the tv.

This is a very good product. It was very affordable and I have used it for one day. An accident at home broke it and the store replaced immediately. However, it was sold out for TCL and I have got a similar one.

TV itself is very good. Picture is amazing. Sound is good even with built in speakers. I wold give it 5 stars except for one issue: it took a long time to program my Spectrum remote control to control the TV. I had to work with Spectrum and TCL tech support and finally found a code to control the TV. Unfortunately, it won't turn on the TV off it's been off for a while. The TV seems to go into a deep sleep and the Spectrum remote can't wake it up. So I need to press the system on button on the remote, then use the tv remote to turn on the TV power. After that the Spectrum remote works fine until the next time it's been off for a while. Also, since I bought the TV, my Alexa can no longer control my other TV. It keeps getting confused about which TV to control.

The picture quality is solid, but when it comes to the apps, there’s always a glitch apps slow the sound disconnects from the sound bar I purchased this and as soon as i took it out rhe box it looked like it was already used. Overall i wouldn’t recommend it .

This has been by far the best television I’ve brought . The quality is amazing , from the time it was delivered til setting it up . Not only that for my tv screensaver I can use my own personal photos .

Best Bang for our buck! Bought a TCL before and had to get a second one for the bedroom. Software isn’t as fast as your phone but it does the job
