    I’m using this as a secondary TV in a bedroom, and we weren’t looking to spend much, so the price point was perfect. While the picture and sound quality aren’t top-tier, it works well for the space and purpose we needed it for. Plus, the sale price I snagged it at was unbeatable.

    1st the service at bestbuy was great, helpful friendly and fast with my order help load it up. The TV works great it was a good holiday deal. And my son needed a new TV. The tv is awesome have all the features we where looking for.

    If you leave the tv on for multiple days, after 48 to 72 hours, the audio will cut out but the picture still shows. I tested it for over a month, and sure enough, every couple days the audio cuts out. You need to exit the source and come back for the sound to work again.

    It has excellent picture quality with high resolution, deep blacks, vibrant colors, wide viewing angles, good contrast, high dynamic range (HDR) capabilities, a fast refresh rate for smooth motion, and a user-friendly smart TV interface with a wide range of compatible apps

    2 major flaws, firstly it looks better in 1080p than in 4k with dolby atmos, secondly has an issue with hair texture for anyone who has black and grey hair, doesn't render right and is very distracting. Other complaints, the mute button is permanent, cannot watch tv or play games on a simple mute without the icon taking up the upper part of the screen permanently, it's silly and distracting. And lastly, if you choose to watch in 4k, you loose the option for dynamic brightness (which is a not as great adaptive brightness like you would have on a phone). Honestly slightly disappointing especially for the lack of adaptive brightness/backlighting and the never leaving mute button icon, but for a cheap large tv, will work. Just lacks qol features
