Great Picture, Horrible Apps

I would hope so, since this is a Fire (Amazon) TV. Loaded the Disney+ app and when starting, it just spins forever. Fortunately, I have a Roku device, so I plugged that in and solved that problem. I wanted to set up the TV so it always starts with the HDMI that I have my Roku plugged in to. I saw on Youtube how to do that, but my Fire TV doesn't have that capability. So, every time I want to watch tv I have to go into settings and change the input.

Awesome TV

Easy to set up, with no connectivity issues. Love the picture and sound quality. Extremely pleased with TCL. Best Buy made the purchase and pickup smooth and hassle free!

Great TV, some of the apps not so much

Better than I expected.

Good TV but sales service could have been better

However, BestBuy did not mention to me during purchase that the open box is missing legs - which I had to purchase from third party eventually since they were not able to provide me with the parts.

Great TV

The picture is awesome for a low entry TV. My mom is happy with it and that’s what matters most. I never considered TCL products in the past but it might be my future TV brand.
