    Disappointed in the picture quality and refresh rate. I bought this to replace a 2K Samsung 55 inch TV. Setup the new one directly beside the Samsung and watched a hockey game. The Samsung had much better colors, , picture and refresh rate. I ended up putting the new one in a spare room. I’m not sure if the TV is to blame or the built in fire operating system. Everything else was fine, easy setup, great price.

    Well worth the investment! I bought it for my grandchildren in addition to playing games, if we want to watch movies, when…the other big people don’t want to. It’s fun for educational theater, because we limit the GC on their Screen time, Often, we find other adventures we can do with their educational on-screen timer and it is family oriented . So thank you Best Buy! For your family being prompt with the delivery. We didn’t have a lot for our grandchildren in our playroom; and often times an old-fashioned Christmas movie is just what we need!

    The Tv is great start for real 4k tv not those UHD tv and very easy setup and maybe in the future I’ll get a bigger tv

    Overall a great budget TV! Needed to replace our dying 32'' in the home office. This one fits the bill and has a very good picture. Pretty easy to operate too.

    Picture good, sound good. Software and hardware relationship? Dismal. This is the only TV I’ve had with streaming issues on the FireTV platform. It’s laggy, doesn’t play well with Disney+ or Hulu 4K titles. My Amazon TV has not had any issues whatsoever. For the price, it was and is still a good deal. As of Jan 7, 25 - I’ve had to use an xfinity stream box for Disney, and some prime 4K movies.
