    I purchase this TV online and it was delivered on Saturday 12/21/2024. I noticed the box was opened previously. I setup the TV and noticed there were no batteries for the remote as stated in the "what's included section." The TV had grayish lines when starting up and turning off. I scheduled the return. I will say I love how thin and light it is. I will going in to the store to purchase a new one. I believe they gave me an open box selection without me selecting open box.

This is rather unusual, as this new TV comes with two feet with screws to secure them, a power cord, a remote, and a quick start guide.
