    Great brand but Samsung fire tv is a bad shop the system is really limited I can even be able to download a popular app paramount because is not available

    Great TV, hung it up in my bedroom. Dont spend q bunch of money on a name. This TV works just like other more expensive brands.

    TCL 55-Inch Fire TV is an excellent choice for budget-conscious users looking for a reliable smart TV with good 4K visuals and a user-friendly interface. Fire TV interface is user-friendly

    The tv is very slow. The apps often do not load and can not get them to work even after restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and many other efforts. Would not recommend to anyone.

    stitches after a year

    It worked okay for the 1st year and now it is starting to glitch. I am barely going into year 2 with the TV and it will suddenly freeze and go home on its own. This happens in the middle of a show or movie randomly. Would not recommend this TV even if it is on sale. Pay a little more and get something that will last you more than a year

    We bought the TV as a gift for our mother. She is able to set the TV up and can maneuver the setting with ease. It fits perfectly on the dresser and has a beautiful screen with no glare.

    My first--and last--TCL television

    My first--and probably last--TCL product. There are a number of things I like about this set. Easy to set up, the picture is bright and sharp and the sound is absolutely excellent. However, the tint is horrible. I set it up next to my LG and Panasonic sets initially. Screens that came through as brilliant blue on both of those sets are either green or a washed out gray-green on the TCL. I've tried adjusting the settings for HOURS and have tried some of the suggested settings from the internet. I can get the skin tone acceptable, but the sky is always greenish-gray, and background screens for multiple products/commercials that are bright blue on my LG, Panasonic and now one of my Sonys that it's next to, are either too dark (black) or again, greenish-gray. It's almost as if I'm wearing a pair of sunglasses with gray, green or yellow lenses. I can't get anything to be pure blue on the TCL. Unfortunately, this ruins the whole experience. I'm looking for someone to help me take it back to Best Buy for a refund. Except for the delivery fiasco requiring me to take 2 full days off work, I'd pay more to get either an LG or Sony from Best Buy, but at this point, I think it's better to just return it for a refund and go to a different retailer for a Sony or LG. The salesman at Best Buy had highly recommended TCL, so I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    No issues at all on the response time is pretty good, the tv looks good as i have it hooked up to security cams. the apps it comes with also look great.

    Bought this for strictly an outside TV... And man, we were not disappointed. Perfect for the CFB games and the picture clarity is all I could ask for. Streaming was seamless and no hiccups. For the money? 11/10

    We bought the tv on a Black Friday special; we have a hand me down TCL in a spare bedroom (not a smart tv but with a Roku hookup) and we have no issues. The price was great and we needed a new living room TV so why not buy??? Set up is easy but from day 1, we had constant lagging issues. When trying to change the channels, it lagged. When we watched it, it would freeze and pixel a lot; we have a brand new high speed modem and fairly new router. So we decided to call our internet company and upgrade our speed from 150 to 600 thinking that was the problem but same issues remained. During a session of a few hours of tv viewing (we stream Hulu Live) not only did it lag, pixel, freeze but it would literally shut out of Hulu Live and back out to the TV home screen multiple times during these hours. After 4 weeks of dealing with it we were done and returned it to Best Buy with no issues and received a full refund (thank you Best Buy; great customer service). We ended up getting a Phillips brand which was about $200 more in price but also easy to set up and worth it because we have none of the previous issues with the new tv like we did with this TCL. This is one of those times the phrase "you get what you pay for" can be used truthfully.

    Good TV overall, no real issues. Lets you install lots of different apps and pretty open to letting you do whatever you like. The screen also looks good but not amazing or anything.
