Great tv. The only small indie I had was trying to keep the input on hdmi 1 when turning off and on. Took a while to get to the issue after numerous hours of googling it.

Not impressed. It has issuses. I decided not to return it because it works ok with my own firestick. The picture cuts off at the bottom. Not the best tv. But its a tv

Great company went back to have crack tv changed had to get a more expensive one but at least they changed it being it was a Xmas gift

TV is very poor quality, if I can't find a way to improve the software I will return it. I will open an app and start playing a show or movie, the TV will freeze, or will play while showing no image, only sound, and will often boot me out of the app and back to the home screen, where I will have to re-open the app, and then re-start my show from the beginning, as progress was not saved. It does this constantly. Also picture looks great from straight ahead, but gets very washed out when watching from an angle.

It is a 2024 TV lot of new technology still trying to figure it out took a while to set up, but if you have an Amazon account, it should be easy

I purchased the TCL 55” F35 from Best Buy and was disappointed right from the start. The picture quality is poor with constant pixelation and color issues, and the remote doesn’t work at all, making the TV nearly unusable. When I took it to the store for help, I was told, “Don’t expect much from a $190 TV.” I didn’t expect high-end features at this price, but I did expect a working product and professional service. I’ve always trusted Best Buy for quality and support, so this experience has been surprising and frustrating. Hoping this can be made right.

This purchase was made for a Christmas gift and I’ve bought this brand before. Best buy is the pace to shop!

We have TCL TV through out our home. This was a good TV. We don’t like the Fire Stick streaming service. It ordered stuff with out us approving it.

On time and Handled with care… The app to follow your delivery was the Best thing for me, didn’t have to wait around ask day for a call

Great tv for the price. The screen quality is good enough but not amazing. The fire tv is ad heavy but I guess that’s to be expected in a sub $200 tv.

I have never hear of the company before, so I was afraid to buy the tv. I’m glad I did. It is a wonderful tv and I am happy with it.

Good tv with built in Fire tv. Side view is where the tv color fades but not too bad. Overall happy with the purchase

Great resolution on the screen , the TV speeds through apps and other day to day functions seamlessly. Huge upgrade from our old LG.
