    Great resolution on the screen , the TV speeds through apps and other day to day functions seamlessly. Huge upgrade from our old LG.

    Wont purchase another TCL tv. Stick with a samsung or another and a streaming box. This tv is great for the price but does not have the processor suited for much of anything. Apps wont manage well….. very sluggish at best.

    Bought Nov 2023 during Black Friday sale, TV worked okay for a week or two. Then the remote went haywire and volume control was hard to control skipping up numbers to 100 then back down to zero until it settled where it wanted to. Now, Jan 2025, the remote will power the TV on/off and that’s it. Cannot watch it all all. Returning it.

    No HDMI CEC ability

    Everybody uses TVs differently. I had 9 tvs in use in my home for various things and had hoped to replace 4 of them with 2 of these. This review is for people like me. Fire TV and Fire TV only. Can't plug something into a HDMI port and let it run the device. All my TVs I've bought since 2018 had HDMI CEC abilities except for these. If you're the kind of person that likes to plug into an HDMI port and throw the factory remote in a drawer and forget about it, this TV is not for you. Every time you power it on you have to use the factory remote to get it into HDMI 1 port even if you had shut it off while using the HDMI 1 port. I know this probably won't matter to most but just an FYI if you're someone like me and have gotten used to HDMI CEC being a standard feature in any TV you have bought in that last 10 years. If you're a restaurant or business that needs a set it and forget it display for a menu board or other info that you just turn on/off every day you will need the remote everyday to go thru steps to get these to work for you. Might not seem like much in the beginning, but if you're used to just hitting the power button every day, after a month you'll be thinking back to those days while you go thru a couple steps in settings every morning getting these things into HDMI 1.

To do this, you would go to: Settings->Display and Sounds->Power Controls->Power on (Either the Home Screen or the Last Input used).     My only issue with this product is that it has an auto turn off feature that cannot be disabled. Other then that it is a great TV.

    Needed a Roku ultra to function

    Very slow tv for scrolling through Hulu live tv or other apps. I deleted apps to see if it would speed up, it didn’t. Apps would crash as well. I had to get a Roku ultra to use with the tv and now it works very fast. The issue was Amazon fire or something was not right with the processor or memory or something.

    You get what you pay for. The tv glitches up a lot. But over all it has good picture quality.

    As advertised, great value for the money. TCL has the same technology as Samsung for half the price.

    Do not buy. Second tv of this kind because of same issue. First one was replaced because of same issue. While watching a program it just goes to the Home Screen whenever. So now you cannot watch any program fully because it just goes back to Home Screen and then you have to go back to your program in order to watch it. Looked online and tried every suggestion to fix but it doesn’t fix it. Have another brand tv with same os and it never doe what this tv does. TCL needs to find a fix and produce better quality TVs. Very disappointed with TCL. First time buying a TCL tv and won’t buy another one. Waste of money and time. Do not buy this tv.

    Hopefully a Great product but never had a TCL tv before. Haven’t installed it yet. Reviews were outstanding in comparison to other brands as well.

    Nice TV for the price, only thing negative I would say is that it is not that loud. You have to go up to volume 55 or more.
