Faulty TV & Disrespectful Store Experience

The picture quality is poor with constant pixelation and color issues, and the remote doesn’t work at all, making the TV nearly unusable. When I took it to the store for help, I was told, “Don’t expect much from a $190 TV.” I didn’t expect high-end features at this price, but I did expect a working product and professional service. I’ve always trusted Best Buy for quality and support, so this experience has been surprising and frustrating. Hoping this can be made right.

Horrible TV even for the price

It took forever to turn on, barely reacts to the remote, and the audio stopped working within 5 minutes. Never getting a Fire TV again.
