    First tv had issues; had to return to store; they verified and did a return. Went to tv section and purchased another one. (Same brand and model). This one worked well with no issues.

You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance.     It takes up to 20 seconds for my Hulu to load so I can start watching once I select my show to watch it lags as well. The volume fluctuates between commercials and the show I am watching. my show will be loud then goes to commercials then comes back to the show and now the volume is low. I will be returning it was not worth the 168$ I will pay the extra to get better quality. You get what you pay for

    No issues at all on the response time is pretty good, the tv looks good as i have it hooked up to security cams. the apps it comes with also look great.

    Great price and TV works well for my son. He is able to play his vodeo games or watch TV plus I have control with the parent cobtrols to have the tv turn off at a specific time.

    Bought this for my son for X-mas and he couldn’t be happier. He’ll primarily use it for playing his Xbox. Great price on sale and in stock at Best Buy. Curbside pickup was a breeze too.

    We bought the tv on a Black Friday special; we have a hand me down TCL in a spare bedroom (not a smart tv but with a Roku hookup) and we have no issues. The price was great and we needed a new living room TV so why not buy??? Set up is easy but from day 1, we had constant lagging issues. When trying to change the channels, it lagged. When we watched it, it would freeze and pixel a lot; we have a brand new high speed modem and fairly new router. So we decided to call our internet company and upgrade our speed from 150 to 600 thinking that was the problem but same issues remained. During a session of a few hours of tv viewing (we stream Hulu Live) not only did it lag, pixel, freeze but it would literally shut out of Hulu Live and back out to the TV home screen multiple times during these hours. After 4 weeks of dealing with it we were done and returned it to Best Buy with no issues and received a full refund (thank you Best Buy; great customer service). We ended up getting a Phillips brand which was about $200 more in price but also easy to set up and worth it because we have none of the previous issues with the new tv like we did with this TCL. This is one of those times the phrase "you get what you pay for" can be used truthfully.

    Good TV overall, no real issues. Lets you install lots of different apps and pretty open to letting you do whatever you like. The screen also looks good but not amazing or anything.

    Average TV. But only $180 for Black Friday sale. The picture just always has a slightly blurry look to it for some reason. But the worst thing is the being angles. Looking at this TV from the side it washes out pretty bad. The sound quality isn't very good. If you have a soundbar it won't matter. The FireTV OS isn't bad. Doesn't feel slow. Antenna reception is good. Screen has a very uneven look to it, lots of bright and dark spots.
