Great Value on a 55"

Avoid TCL

After day 26 the tv picture would not appear but you could hear the tv audio. Contacted TCL customer support. Completed their troubleshooting and they diagnosed it as a backlight problem. After sending them additional pictures, videos and proof of purchase they have stopped responding. Their warranty claim process seems to be a joke.
