    Sound is not great. Sometimes screen flickers so badly it is not watchable and requires at least one maybe two re-boots to work again

    I purchase this TV online and it was delivered on Saturday 12/21/2024. I noticed the box was opened previously. I setup the TV and noticed there were no batteries for the remote as stated in the "what's included section." The TV had grayish lines when starting up and turning off. I scheduled the return. I will say I love how thin and light it is. I will going in to the store to purchase a new one. I believe they gave me an open box selection without me selecting open box.

    I was hoping I would be able to connect to my iPad but unfortunately I wasn’t able to. I even connected the iPad to the TVs usb but couldn’t get it to work. Mind, that I am trying to connect with no network or internet involved. I scored this tv 3 stars for the price and decent to take to Mexico for use there

    Do not buy. Second tv of this kind because of same issue. First one was replaced because of same issue. While watching a program it just goes to the Home Screen whenever. So now you cannot watch any program fully because it just goes back to Home Screen and then you have to go back to your program in order to watch it. Looked online and tried every suggestion to fix but it doesn’t fix it. Have another brand tv with same os and it never doe what this tv does. TCL needs to find a fix and produce better quality TVs. Very disappointed with TCL. First time buying a TCL tv and won’t buy another one. Waste of money and time. Do not buy this tv.
