    software bugs at setup

    out of the box it had some bugs and wouldnt boot correctly to setup screen. kept getting errors. had to reset it a few times for it to function corrently

    Decent tv, especially for the price. Slightly harder user interface than most. Processing power is a little slow. Still worth it for the cost.

    Bad Choice TV

    I was not able to operate brand new TV, the TV would not turn. Called warranty and they sent me a new remote control, which took forever to come. That did reslove issue. It also didn’t have Spectrum app on it, so now I have to purchase a RoKu stick, in order to watch cable.

    This TV has an ok picture but has been cutting on randomly and going back to the menu randomly while watching something. Maybe it's just this unit but I wouldn't recommend just based off that

    I bought the tv to use as a gaming monitor but it is terrible for my use. the image latency is very slow and unresponsive even with the tv tuned to be as fast as possible. image quality is very poor and blotchy, not sure how to describe it but it looks smeared. I have another 55" lcd screen that I use that looks good and is responsive. I bought this tv for under $200, for the price I cant complain too much. but wait for a sale or buy something better.

    The tv never worked. Could not watch anything on it. Apps would open and then shut the tv off. Research how to fix and tried doing every fix it we saw. Nothing worked. This was very disappointing as it was given as a Christmas present.

    Not bad for what you pay for if you got it on sale. It has a delay when navigating through the menu. Also doesn’t have much of options when trying to play around with the picture color.

    I own a 55 inch TV and this one is 5 inches smaller so I feel I got the wrong TV in the right box? It was sale for cheap and didn’t have time to return so I own it now

    Don't do it

    Tv was not "new", the seal was broke and the bag on the tv was ripped and partially off :( I tried the TV anyway before returning to the store. The tv has really bad judder, it reminds me of the older 30FPS 4k TVs, stay away. Also the sound is horrible and hollow sounding

    Nice Display but Terrible Sound Quality

    Display is nice but the sound is horrible. Maybe my personal choice but FIRE OS is just your Amazon homepage and very difficult and misleading to navigate. Had to return even though I got 55 inch at a decent deal of just 199 plus tax.

    It's OK. Sometimes the screen goes black even though the tv is still on. We fix it by unplugging it. It's kinda disappointing because we've only had it a few months.

    Purchased this tv as a gift for my mother. Great price cant complain there but its extremely slow processing makes it hard to use. The picture quality is also sub par.

    The system is very slow lags almost every second when moving to different apps causing freeze ups. App boot ups take way to long. Not even worth the price.

    Best buy sucks!

    Sound is horrible. Have to go to 100 and use my bose surround sound which doesn't make much better. Also switching to over the air channels (abc,nbc, cbs, or pbs) from fire channels takes forever and the audio from fire or apps keeps going on the next channel. Worst tv ever!!! Plus,,, if you have a problem they(best buy) wants you to ship it back or return it yourself to a store! Not buying from best buy ever again!!!

    Nice tv but within a week of our purchase the tv screen at the bottom began to distort. I returned that tv to the store. Now one month into replacement it’s starting to do the same.

    Horrible TV even for the price

    I knew this tv was cheap but it was so much worse than I expected. It took forever to turn on, barely reacts to the remote, and the audio stopped working within 5 minutes. Never getting a Fire TV again.
