    It’s a really good tv. The lighting is great. Also it was delivered with care which is good too. But it didn’t come with screws.

    Poor quality. Not UHD quality. Poor color contrast

    Bought this during thanksgiving sale. Terrible quality. Backlight is too bright. Not a true UHD TV. The color is distorted. Blue appears with a greenish hue. Darker scenes appear pixelated. Returned.

    I cannot express how slow and glitchy this TV is. I bought this TV because I previously owned a Roku TCL TV that worked great for years. This one is terrible and not worth the money, even on a black Friday sale.

    This TV has had problems since day one. I returned the first one due to UI problems. Got a replacement and decided to get the protection for 5 years due to lack of confidence in the product. Panel at the back started detaching when wall mounting. Took it to bestbuy, they declined coverage stating that coverage is only when the TV doesn’t come on but not for mechanical issues that is obviously quality issue. Do not buy this product, avoid buying bestbuy warranty, its all scam. In fact, avoid bestbuy.

    This is very unacceptable. We just picked up a unit at the store and it doesn’t have the remote, the cord, and the stand. It even have a receipt inside that says it was damaged before. Was it a second hand, I don’t know. I’m very dissapointed.

    Will never buy this tv again. It's not a year old and I have had several problems. The remote isn't always working and that's the only way to turn it on a off.

    I purchased the television 7/11/25 and didn’t remove from box until 7/25/25 and tried to watch television on 8/7/25 however the screen would only show the TCL Logo Screen. I looked at my Best Buy receipt and noticed the return date was 7/26/25 so at this point I had to contact the warranty office which was a total nightmare!! The agent couldn’t speak clear English and currently I’m waiting for someone to contact me on the return policy.

    The TV speakers constantly go out and make a buzzing noise. The only way to get it back to normal is to reset the TV to factory settings. Customer service continually says reset the TV and will not replace it even though it’s under warranty. Stay away from this brand.

    Didn’t last 2 months!!!! Picture is green!!

    Screen picture turning green less than 2 months but two weeks after the return period closed!! Got delivered on December 9, 2024 and it says it’s Supposed to be the official tv of the NFL and the picture is already intermittently turning green before the superbowl on Feb 9, 2025!! Didn’t even last 2 months!!!!

    Poor picture quality. Spend a few more $$ for OLED and you’ll be very happy. Fire is not as robust as a Google TV

    Read shipping costs closely!

    Tv was fine but read closely! There is no free delivery! Even when they say free shipping on web it’s only for smaller items not large items. I paid more for the shipping than the Tv. They had it listed right below the tv but with no description so I thought it was subtotal. Dumb mistake that I will never make again!

    The WORST Service from BEST BUY.

    I ordered this TV during black friday discount but it was never delivered to me. Pathetically, Best Buy sent me an email saying it was delivered. I have been trying to get help from Best Buy team since past 5-6 days but NO progress at all. I asked to give me some proof of deoivery since this was an in home appointment & no one showed up at my home. (I was at home all day, eagerly waiting for delivery) but they are not able to provide any proof of delivery/ not even a single picture. Theres no way to contact anyone except the general customer service. I have talked with atleast 5 different people, wasted 4-5 hrs and everyone told me that case is created/escalated and their team would follow-up in next 24hrs. God known what does 24hr mean to these guys. I dont think their customer service are here to help, they keep sending me to different people who never respond. I feel bad for ruining TCLs reviews but i am out of options to get help on this.

    I’m very disappointed with this purchase. After only 20 days of use, the screen became unstable and started shaking, making it impossible to watch anything. This is clearly a defective product. To make things worse, Best Buy only allows returns within 14 days, so I was stuck with a broken TV and no support. Don’t waste your money on this product — poor quality and terrible return policy. I regret this purchase completely.
