    Terrible quality and service

    I bought this tv as a deal Black Friday it was delivered on 12/7 I didn’t open it until Christmas. Once I plugged it in huge crack in the screen. I went to return it they made a huge deal saying I can’t return damaged items. And when I exchanged for a new one they did not give an even exchange for the same item and pricing.

    Horrible Management of Pickup

    This is not a review on the TV itself but the miss management of selling this TV from Best Buy. I was originally told this pick up would be available on 11/29. Then yesterday (12/7) I was told it would be ready and NOT UNTIL 6pm yesterday was I told that it is an unknown pickup date now. If this was not in stock at the store why sell it. It was a birthday present that has now been delayed twice with an unknown pickup date.

    I opened this several months after buying. It was obviously used although it was resealed and sold to me as used. The power cord was missing and another customers information was saved in the log on screen.

    Worst Experience ever.Terrible customer service

    TV delivered to wrong address.Oh chatbot with who ever and phone calls for multiple hours.Threw deliveries later and almost a month I finally got tv.Took off work on 2 occasions to get delivery for them to not leave tv with due to errors putting delivery in system.And absolutely no compensation for all my lost time

    Missing everything but the tv

    The box did not have the remote, power cord, instructions, or screws for the stand. Didn’t realize it until after the box was opened and the tv was mounted to the wall. Best Buy wanted the tv returned in the box instead of just giving me the missing items. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy

    screen went out 2 hours into using it? i tried a factory reset, unplugging, everything. I paid someone to mount it and now im gonna have to pay someone to unmount it and return this tv i was so excited about. i do not recommend.

    Junk - purchased three (3) and one (1) doesn't work - not loading the menu - stuck at FireTV screen - rebooted and reset to manufacture setting - doesn't help. Have to contact TCL customer support - cant return to Best Buy!?
