    The tv remote wouldn’t sync so I had to return it. I called the TCL 800 number to try and remedy the situation and I was told by their representative to return the tv

    You get what you pay for.

    You get what you pay for. This set is garbage. Not expensive, Black Friday purchase. I reset the TV to factory settings, then the TV went into a death spiral, just showing the startup screen and never moving to the setup. Just 4 months after buying it. Complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these cheap low end “4k” TVs.

    Worst TV ever!! Horrible warranty service!

    Purchased 11/2024 TV stopped working 3/2025 screen kept going black but I still had audio. Had to unplug from the wall to get it to turn off. Worked directly with manufacturer who sent a Tech out 20 days later. Only after multiple follow ups on my part. TV still not working. Called on 3/31. Today is 4/23 and TV is still not working. They have no escalation process. Was advised today they sent my case to another dept. who only has voice mail…

    Avoid this TV

    I bought this TV on a Black Friday deal and I regret it. The screen goes black about every 30 seconds while watching TV. I called the local store and waited for twenty minutes before hanging up. I called customer service looking for technical support and they only offered to exchange the TV. My Best Buy store is an hour away. So I now have to take the TV down and drive an hour to exchange it. I am not sure if I will exchange or just return it and buy a TV from somewhere else at this point.

    Worse purchase I have made. The remote did not Work , it would not turn off, looked blurry. I returned it and bought a Samsung.

    Buyer beware

    tv requires specific brand mount to mount it on the wall. You can't use a universal mount to mount it. I'm sure the tv itself is fine. One other problem: I used a promotional certificate I earned as part of the payment. When I found out I would need to get a separate mount I returned the tv. Best Buy won't give me my certificate back or give me the points back because I bank my points. Beware for other customers if you use promotional certificates don't return it the product. They won't give you the points back. I'm very disappointed.

    It's not even 3 weeks and i had to TCL 4 times due to many screen disorder issue. I bought another tv before that which i had to replace because it never turned on! I would never recommend anyone to buy TCL. I wish i can get my refund and buy other company's product.
