Nice Display but Terrible Sound Quality

Maybe my personal choice but FIRE OS is just your Amazon homepage and very difficult and misleading to navigate. Had to return even though I got 55 inch at a decent deal of just 199 plus tax.

Worst smart tv ever

Item refurbished and incomplete

We just picked up a unit at the store and it doesn’t have the remote, the cord, and the stand. It even have a receipt inside that says it was damaged before. Was it a second hand, I don’t know. I’m very dissapointed.

Not worth the money.

Not too happy

Not working properly

Didn’t last 2 months!!!! Picture is green!!

Got delivered on December 9, 2024 and it says it’s Supposed to be the official tv of the NFL and the picture is already intermittently turning green before the superbowl on Feb 9, 2025!! Didn’t even last 2 months!!!!

Bad Choice TV

Called warranty and they sent me a new remote control, which took forever to come. That did reslove issue. It also didn’t have Spectrum app on it, so now I have to purchase a RoKu stick, in order to watch cable.

The WORST Service from BEST BUY.

Pathetically, Best Buy sent me an email saying it was delivered. I have been trying to get help from Best Buy team since past 5-6 days but NO progress at all. I asked to give me some proof of deoivery since this was an in home appointment & no one showed up at my home. (I was at home all day, eagerly waiting for delivery) but they are not able to provide any proof of delivery/ not even a single picture. Theres no way to contact anyone except the general customer service. I have talked with atleast 5 different people, wasted 4-5 hrs and everyone told me that case is created/escalated and their team would follow-up in next 24hrs. God known what does 24hr mean to these guys. I dont think their customer service are here to help, they keep sending me to different people who never respond. I feel bad for ruining TCLs reviews but i am out of options to get help on this.
