TCL F35 4K TV- CUSTOMER SERVICE

I challenge anyone thinking of buying at best buy to call their customer service department (located in South East Asia). As you can imagine, it is extremely difficult to communicate, correctly. They are not very helpful because they don't really care and they bounce you around to another call center. If you buy, good luck with customer service!

The picture quality is sharp, the colors pop, and the brightness makes movies and games look way more alive. The UI is quick, streaming apps load fast, and the remote is simple enough to use without digging through menus. Sound is decent on its own, but paired with a soundbar it becomes a whole theater experience. For the size and quality, it’s a great choice—smooth, vibrant, and just feels premium.

Poor customer service

I took it back the associate that helped me told Me the tv was damaged and there was nothing they could do about. Would not return it. They were were Ruid about it and told me it was my fault the tv was damaged. All I did was open the box take the tv out put the feet on and turn it on. Will never shop at best Best Buy again.

Terrible quality and service

Once I plugged it in huge crack in the screen. I went to return it they made a huge deal saying I can’t return damaged items. And when I exchanged for a new one they did not give an even exchange for the same item and pricing.

Horrible Management of Pickup

I was originally told this pick up would be available on 11/29. Then yesterday (12/7) I was told it would be ready and NOT UNTIL 6pm yesterday was I told that it is an unknown pickup date now. If this was not in stock at the store why sell it. It was a birthday present that has now been delayed twice with an unknown pickup date.
