    TV was exactly what I was looking for and a Great Price. Very easy to get and load. I was in and out of the store in no time. Customer service was fantastic. (something you don't see as much these days.)

    GREAT PRICE, LOUSY TV!

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV! I purchased this TV for less than $200 (not including tax) including free delivery to my residence. After scanning for channels multiple times and always resulting in zero, I had to disconnect the TV and had to reconnect my old TV. Furthermore, I had to transport the TV, on foot, 4 and half miles to the nearest Best Buy because they don't provide free pick-up of defective merchandise! Where's quality control?

    Did not make 2 weeks! With 3 days the issues with screen started but unplugging for a bit would go back to normal. Then the controller stop working and with 10 days the images would be jumping. And never went back to normal.

    I loved the size of the tv and the sound system with it is not to bad …. Only problem is i noticed 4 white dots in the center of the tv while watching movies … and it’s the LED and it didn’t go away at all after trying many things

    Have had nothing but issues with this TV since purchasing. Took 4 days to even get the TV to update and once that finally worked I can't install a single app on this TV. Everything works at a snails pace and I know it's not my internet connection because I'm getting 250mpbs. Last time I ever purchase a TCL TV. Save yourself the time and aggravation and get yourself a Sony TV

    Piece of trash. Dumpster fire TV. Don't buy it!

    After having this TV for three years, I can tell you this TV is hot garbage. If you are looking to add parental controls, don't even think about purchasing this TV. God forbid your kids lock you out of your pin lock, you are SOL. You can try to reset your password, but it won't work. Google and TCL cannot help you. It gets stuck on the GoogleTV kids profile and won't switch to another account. This TV also freezes and the screen will go black constantly. Sometimes it won't even turn on. You have to disconnect it and restart it. The TV lags when switching from one app to another. Fam, save your coins on having to replace this TV and just spend up on a Samsung or wait until a Samsung goes on sale.

    Save your money and buy a better brand. I bought this tv 6 months ago and its so glitchy. Flashes on and off at times and is very slow when navigating through the functions. Has about a 5 second delay after pressing the button on remote

    Disappointing Purchase

    I got this at a great price on Black Friday however I must’ve got the lemon in the batch. Mine lasted one week. 1. TV apps react very slow and almost freezes when switching apps or typing something in. 2. After 1 week, the sound started cutting in and out making horrible, loud crackling sounds. Disconnected my sound bar to make sure it wasnt the soundbar and sure enough it was the TV. Had no problem with Best Buy taking it back for an exchange on something better.

    Poor customer service .

    I purchased the f35 series 55" tcl television on November 29th. Was told two days and it would be ready for pick up . Went to store on Dec 6 and was told TV was there but had not been processed in and it would be ready on the 8th . Went in for a radio install on the 7th and checked on my order , a manager then told me the TV wasn't there but kept trying to get me to cancel my order . There's was several 55" tcl tvs on the floor . I feel like they just didn't want to honor the sale .
