For the price, this TV is actually very good. The picture looks nice and it handles everyday watching without any issues. The blacks could be a bit darker, but that’s expected for a budget TV and isn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, it feels like a great value for what I paid and I’m happy with the purchase!

We purchased this TV a year ago and loved it so much! My parent’s TV went up so they were inquiring about a new TV and we purchased this TV for them. They absolutely love it especially being senior citizens and are able to really enjoy the picture quality l.

Great picture, an better price & easy pick up from curbside

A good TV, but don't expect it to be top-notch. The image and sound are fine. Dolby Atmos can be glitchy sometimes (TV can constantly show a "Using Dolby Atmos" notification, which means this mode restarts), and the sound may be rippy during this process. There was also one time the TV stopped showing any HDMI input (however, there was sound from the source)—this was solved by rebooting the device. I still glad I bought a 55-inch model, it's good for not demandive needs.

I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this brand, but it has some amazing features that differ from Roku. Setup took less than 10 minutes, and is very compatible with IOS and personal amazon account.

The 55" 4KHD Television was bargain! I finally replaced my 42" Panasonic 15 year old Plasma TV that I had in my Bedroom ( still was in working order, but not a smart TV!) Impressed with the picture on the TCL and the sound is clear enough for my old ears and I can keep the volume lower so I it doesn't chase my old little doggie out of the bedroom!
