Audio cuts out after days of nonstop vid playback

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you leave the tv on for multiple days, after 48 to 72 hours, the audio will cut out but the picture still shows. I tested it for over a month, and sure enough, every couple days the audio cuts out. You need to exit the source and come back for the sound to work again.

TCL or TCL Fire TV

Finding the match for the TCL TV is a problem because it is listed as a TCL Fire tv which is hard to find in settings. Support could not help me. I finally figured out but took a long time.

Great color, sound and UI all that you would expect at a great price on Black Friday $179.99. So l decided to purchase another a little bit more but not a big deal when you know what you are getting.

Best of all is the Best Buy customer service, and security of a three-year, in-home technical repair service. Wow!
