    I had to return the first tv as the HDM1 port went bad (no sound), but the Best Buy team was awesome and I returned it with no trouble.

    I bought two of these on Black Friday. One for my girlfriends house and one for mine. Granted the IR on one of the remotes didn't work. So I sent a email to TCL customer service. Within a few days I got a new remote. That was my only complaint. Their both bedroom TVs and I couldn't be more pleased with them.
