Not true 4k

They aren't as expensive as the bigger brands because they don't provide anything special. The 4k ones aren't even native. But its a Roku so that adds value.

Not worth the savings

Settings are sparse and extremely limited -- you can set basic stuff up through the TV interface itself, while the remaining settings are only changeable through a phone app. My TV has a ton of edge bleeding, with dark splotches on the screen that change shape and location depending on how long it's been turned on. All four corners of the screen have dark blotches, and there are occasional horizontal lines that run up the screen for minutes at a time. On the plus side, the colors are gorgeous and the blacks are really black. Do not buy this TV. Do yourself a favor and save up a few bucks more for a better set.

Black Screen in 10 Months

TCL support could not solve the problem with the instructions that guided me online. They propose to send me a Technician to repair it in the house. It is very disappointing to have to repair a TV with only 10 months of use. There are many reports on the internet about the same problem with these TVs. We'll see what Best Buy says ... ... will keep you informed.
