TCL tv

Good deal for money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only complaints are the TV will disconnect from WiFi and have to be manually reconnected in settings. Also, the voice feature doesn’t really work, not sure the commands. The mobile app remote has a keyboard but it doesn’t let you use it in YouTube. These are minor inconveniences.

Backlight broke after 2 years

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Backlight stopped working out of nowhere, hundreds of people have the same problem, my complaints to the BBB did nothing, TCL social media and support offered no help other then to reset my TV. They should at least give me the option to pay to have it fixed, or offer guidance on how to repair it myself. Look this TV up on Google, it is insane how common the issue is and they act like it isn't because of their faulty manufacturing. Don't support this brand.
