Black Screen in 10 Months

TCL support could not solve the problem with the instructions that guided me online. They propose to send me a Technician to repair it in the house. It is very disappointing to have to repair a TV with only 10 months of use. There are many reports on the internet about the same problem with these TVs. We'll see what Best Buy says ... ... will keep you informed.

Good deal for money

Also, the voice feature doesn’t really work, not sure the commands. The mobile app remote has a keyboard but it doesn’t let you use it in YouTube. These are minor inconveniences.
