When I made my recent purchase of a TCL - 55" 4k

The young man that assisted me, and helped me make my final choice, was excellent. I was pleased with the price, and that the store had my first choice in stock. Best my greatest satisfaction came when I got the TV set up and started watching.

The price is fantastic, and low enough that the 2 year warranty from Geek Squad was very cheap. A great TV and a great bargain.

Good for a few years

So far the TCL has been wonderful. My son loves the clearness of the screen on his Xbox games. Would recommend for those needing a reliable tv at a low cost.

WORST TV PURCHASE

Around 15 months into owning this tv a HUGE vertical black line showed up in the middle of the screen and continues to grow. Our tv hasn’t moved position since we bought it, so this can only be a TCL issue. Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand.

Naw this ain’t it

Soon as year warranty ran out, the screen blacked out, all sound with no picture and TCL customer service is trash

If you are on a budget this tv shines.

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access advanced picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, advanced picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
