I bought this because it says you can get over 4000 channels. Not true unless you subscribe to a network. Costing yet more money. Over all I enjoy the movies and old episodes of some of my favorite tv shows. No live tv shows

Great budget tv...fast interface for the apps.. Problem is when using it with the Xbox One X the screen will turn green and sometimes it will have grayish colors. I am told this is a problem with TCL tvs as a software bug.

picture quality is just ok, and to top it all off the set just quit working 2 days after thr warranty ran out. I guess you get what you pay for

For the price you can’t beat this TV. No issues so far. Bright and crisp display. Only slightly negative comment is the speed or functionality of the apps. Mind you I have 100mbs internet so I know that is not the issue.

TV works well and performs as advertised. Sound is ok but could be a little better in my opinion. Keep in mind the wide footprint if you are setting it on something and not wall mounting. I like the small remote some don't.

This is an excellent TV for the price. It may not have the Quality picture of a Sony or LG TV when comparing them in the store but lets be honest you won't have one of those TV's sitting beside it at home so you won't notice the difference.

I had virtually trouble free experience. I restarted the TV and the back-light completely blew out after an update. I really doubt a simple restart triggered a hardware failure. I emailed TCL and they basically told me I was out of luck. I strongly believe a software update bricked my TV. I will never purchase TCL again.

I purchased this TV to replace a LG that died. I use this one in my exercise room with DirecTV, Apple TV and a Yamaha so round sound system. I have been well pleased with the performance, and I will consider this brand when I upgrade my large TV.

I love this TV I never even turn on xfinity anymore I just steam straight through the apps. I can go right to the Chanel that has the shows I like. My only complaint is I wished the supported SPOTIFY. That would make this the ultimate TV.

I did my research and thought I was getting a great TV for the price. I loved this TV for 1 year and 3 weeks and guess what it broke. Back light went out. So if you are in the market for a new TV every year this is the one for you. I guess the days of buying a TV and expecting it to last 10+ years are over.

If you want an inexpensive 4k tv that gets the job done this will do that. Not the biggest fan of the Roku remote/interface but my teenager says its the best netflix interface in the house so that's all I need it to do.

I purchased this TV to replace a 50" plasma HDTV. I have not been disappointed. The Roku interface makes setting up the TV and navigating the menus super easy. If you are on the fence about this TV, dont think twice! Cant beat it for the money.

It seems to be okay and I am 15 days in ! I was initially apprehensive because I had never heard of this manufacturer however the Best buy salesman stated that he had heard several goo things about it in comparison to other brands.

My family loves this TV. We only using streaming services and the roku interface makes all of that easy to do. The image quality is great for the value. Our seating is roughly 15ft away and we have no issues with clarity.

We bought this tv for our bedroom. We've had it for about 1 month now and so far so good. We did purchase a cheap sound bar with it because the tv speakers aren't the best. I definitely recommend this tv, especially for such a low price.

I bought this TV online from Best Buy for $380. The size is great for me, and I get compliments on its size when guests see it in my living room. I play video games with this TV, and the framerate is really good at 4K settings.

I purchased this TV on 7/17/2018 and after a few months we started noticing discoloration within the screen. Some areas were lighter in color and some areas were tinted no matter what application/ movie/ show we were watching. Last week my daughter was watching the TV when the screen flickered and then turned black. Audio was still present but no picture. I did a complete reset using the button on the side, I did not work. I did a flashlight test on the screen and sure enough there was obviously an issue with the LED lighting. I called customer service for assistance and the rep said to take it and get it repaired as the warranty was no longer valid. She chuckled after I stated that would cost almost the purchase price of the TV! We have since purchased a Samsung class 4K UHD and the PICTURE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR— NIGHT AND DAY THE CLARITY OF THE TCL! The TCL Picture quality is pale in comparison to the Samsung! I did enjoy the ease of using a ROKU TV but I will NEVER purchase another TCL product.... EVER especially after seeing hundreds of reviews with people experiencing the SAME issue. The price point is extremely reasonable and that and the positive reviews on Best Buy promoted its purchase, but sadly I have learned the hard way... you get what you pay for!

The screen quality is very good and the fact that Roku is actually built within the device makes it even better. The 4K on this device is up there with the leading competitors. For this price you will not be disappointed

Bought this for my father, great Roku integration, no need for additional boxes. Picture quality is not as other major brands, not very bright or sharp, but for the price it is a great feature TV.

I recently purchased a 55' inch TCL smart tv. I was really excited to set everything up and enjoy my tv. After opening the box and screwing the legs on I proceeded to turn on the tv. There were lines and streaks covering the top and right side of the television. Of course I was disappointed to see this since it was a brand new tv but I contacted Best Buy and they immediately scheduled someone to come out and exchange the tv. I give Best Buy a 5 for good customer service but a 3 rating on the tv for the malfunction. Overall it's a nice design and appears to be a great tv.
