I’ve had this Tv less than 2 yrs. watching Tv and the screen just goes blank. I have warranty so hopefully I can get this fix but never ever purchasing this brand ever again. What a complete joke to whoever that created this TV!

I was expecting more, but then realized the price and you get what you paid for. Great Tv for a great value.

Owned this tv for a month now and works great. I would recommend it for someone not lookin g to spend a lot on a good tv.

Very happy with our new TV. Has alot of updated apps, I was able to hook up to spectrum with the wifi, no more wires. Thank goodness.

This is a solid 4K television for the price. The sound quality is only OK though, may need a sound bar for a bigger room.

Great picture but when viewed from an angle you see shadows running from top to bottom.

A sales person recommended this TV after I had inquired. I bought one for my room and went back and bought the 55”, I was so pleased.

With the recent release of the Xbox One X, it got me looking into gaming in 4K. I already had a good setup on my Xbox One and Samsung 50" 1080p TV that is less than 2 years old. I picked up an Xbox One S (4K up scaling) for cheap and paired it with this TV to see if the 4K hype is worth it for total setup of roughly $500. I've had this TV for a little over a week now and I am honestly impressed with the image quality. It looks phenomenal on my Xbox One S, the amount of details enhanced is crazy in addition to darker blacks and lighter brights.There is no input lag issues whatsoever for me personally on games like COD WWII, Halo 5, and Forza 7. They all look amazing in 4K. One feature I especially like is the Roku that is built into the TV because the navigation from app to app or changing inputs is so fast and simple. Even though I typically would access my apps through my Xbox before, not anymore. The sound quality is up to par with most other flat screen TVs these days. I personally use Turtle Beach headphones for gaming and have a sound bar so I don't use it much anyways. I watch all my sports through apps which works quite well, however I didn't notice a huge difference between my older Samsung and this TV for this use but it's still very good. I noticed when watching hockey it doesn't get super bright like my Samsung does in dynamic (brightest) mode so it doesn't really pop from a bnghtness standpoint but I've found that not to be an issue for any uses of the TV other than me comparing the two in this example. Overall, I think the upgrade to 4K (for my uses) is worth it and this TV is the best bang for the buck if you are looking for a 4K HDR entry level TV on a budget. I did a ton of research prior to purchasing and read a lot of great things about this TV despite not being well known brand but so far my experience has been very good like most others.

I had never heard of this brand and was skeptical at first but a year and a half later I can truly say that this was a great purchase!

While i enjoy this TV, i have had problems with it. First TV i had got stuck in an endless loop on the loading screen and was unable to be fixed. After returning it and getting the second one, it did the same thing after about 2 months, except this time i was able to reset the TV. Unfortunately, i had to insert all of my information again for Hulu and i had to adjust all of my picture settings again.

Everything is good, but the Roku doesn't do a complete sync with a TiVo remote. You have to use 2 different remotes.

Had TCL for 3 years, screen went black. As I searched internet for reviews and complaints there were numerous complaints about screen going black, Typical response from TCL support is "While we are sorry......then a list of things to try to reboot tv which don't work. Yes the warranty was expired but you would think the company would take some pride in their product and do something about it. Do you think for one minute the company management would be happy if this situation were reversed? They bought some kind of appliance, etc and it quit working after 3 years?

We have this hooked up to a computer and webcam to use for video conferencing at work .It is working very well for our purposes.

Excellent 4K UHD TV for the price paid. The only downside is are the speakers. But nothing a soundbar cannot fix.
