Loved it for 2 years and 2 months & then it died

We are buying a new one, but definitely not another TCL.

Where it lacks most is that it often suffers slow downs or instancea of booting you back to home screen with only fix being a hard reset and letting it sit for a few minutes. Been waiting on an update to fix it looka like i might just return and exchange it

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, advanced picture settings, and more. Additionally, the random booting back to the home screen sounds rather odd. We'd like to gather more information to see if we can isolate what is occurring, and better understand the behavior of the TV so that we can further assist you.
