    I have bought 5 TCLs in the last five years, we thought we were upgrading when we moved into our new house. Of the five only 2 work well, one needs to constantly rebooted and two just stopped workin. I went round and round with customer service and they said to bad it’s been more than a year. Well i am telling you, if you want your tv to last more than a couple years...buy something else. TCL your quality sucks and you should really do more to stand behind your product.

    The picture quality is not as good as on the name brand ones, but is adequate if used for occasional watching. I would not want to use it as the primary TV in the house for friends to watch. If you don't have another TV to compare it to, its not bad, but when a name brand TV is located next to it, the quality of picture and color is obviously not the same.
