Good tv. Good features. Little problem with the picture catching up in action scenes/darkness sometimes.

Loved it for 2 years and 2 months and then the backlight went out so it’s a black screen which is apparently very common for this tv based on all the YouTube videos on how to repair. We are buying a new one, but definitely not another TCL.

Now this isn't the best out of the series but it will do the job and yes it's HDR I've enjoyed it for closed to a year

I have bought 5 TCLs in the last five years, we thought we were upgrading when we moved into our new house. Of the five only 2 work well, one needs to constantly rebooted and two just stopped workin. I went round and round with customer service and they said to bad it’s been more than a year. Well i am telling you, if you want your tv to last more than a couple years...buy something else. TCL your quality sucks and you should really do more to stand behind your product.

Can't beat this TV for the price. Bought as a Christmas gift for my parents and they love it.

Bought this TV for my grandson when he went off to college. Still works great. Would buy again.

The picture quality is not as good as on the name brand ones, but is adequate if used for occasional watching. I would not want to use it as the primary TV in the house for friends to watch. If you don't have another TV to compare it to, its not bad, but when a name brand TV is located next to it, the quality of picture and color is obviously not the same.

no operating manual-instructions on use on t v only, free tv and shows only for short time-have to give credit card to get them

This tv would be worth the price at 1-1/2 times what I paid. Well made, lots of options and crystal clear display.

Use it for all forms of digital. Media. Decent quality and. Works well for games almost not input lag

The response rate is great for gaming. No noticable input lag. My Switch and PS4 games look bright and crisp!

This TV was purchased and picked up 9/17/2017.... I did not start using it until my new home was built January 2018.... The TV started flickering and getting lines across the top of it before 2/11/19 and on that date I recorded a video that clearly shows the TV has an issue.... I talked to BestBuy this morning on 3 calls to them and also to TCL and each of the calls ended with we cannot help you since you did not purchase the 40 dollar warranty.... I have spent thousands of dollars with BestBuy over the past 2 years and will be shopping somewhere else from now on over a 40 dollar warranty.... I have another TCL in my bedroom and it is 3 years old and works fine but this particular TV is a lemon that BestBuy will not backup even though I am an ELITE MEMBER...........
