Average sound

When I first got it I could hear it fine on digital sound number 14 now less than 3 months later I need it on 25 to hear it. NOT SURE IF ALL TV ARE LIKE THIS BUT IT TOOK MY OLD TV 4 YEARS FOR THE VOLUME TO GO BAD!

Died within 2 years

Bought it in November 2018 and by May 2020 the screen just stopped working. Worked one minute and when I turned it back on nothing. Would not recommend.

PURE TRASH!! DIDN'T LAST 2 YEARS!!

Black Screen of Death! Resetting, Rebooting, HARD Factory Resetting did Nothing, AND I was on the phone with TCL customer service/tech and he suggested I pay an outside tech to come fix it. True, I did not get the extended service, but it's a BRAND NEW TV!! I HOPED it would last a few years, but it didn't make 2!! Terribly disappointed, and Highly Upset that I now have to buy a new tv....after LESS Than TWO YEARS!! Shoulda known....Good Stuff ain't cheap, and Cheap Stuff AIN'T GOOD!! Pure TRASH!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!
