PURE TRASH!! DIDN'T LAST 2 YEARS!!

Black Screen of Death! Resetting, Rebooting, HARD Factory Resetting did Nothing, AND I was on the phone with TCL customer service/tech and he suggested I pay an outside tech to come fix it. True, I did not get the extended service, but it's a BRAND NEW TV!! I HOPED it would last a few years, but it didn't make 2!! Terribly disappointed, and Highly Upset that I now have to buy a new tv....after LESS Than TWO YEARS!! Shoulda known....Good Stuff ain't cheap, and Cheap Stuff AIN'T GOOD!! Pure TRASH!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!

Had to call the company and go through fixing it. I bought this for my Mom. I don’t live with her so I am upset that when I visit I have to go through another fixing process. Ugh.

Okay for the price

Picture settings are very limited, as well. The Roku interface is nice, but I ended up returning it for the LG 50UK6300, which has much better picture for ~$50 more.
