Bad tv

I will never buy another TCL product

14 months screen stopped working

After further research this is a known problem with this TV. Do not purchase!!!!

Did some research and found out it’s pretty common with this model. I have three other TCL TVs in my home but I have not had any issues with them so it was a big surprise.

Cuts off repeatedly

Not a good performance

Me about a jillion other people are having the exact same problem. Nothing to see here....apparently TVs are disposable these days and I should be happy I got 17 months!

At least get the extended warranty from Best Buy

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, advanced picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

I purchased 2 years extended warranty (glad i did). Geek went to check the TV and said cannot be repaired. Provided me a number to call and so far I haven't reached anyone after calling for 3 days now and been on hold for hours!! so frustrating!!

I bought this TCL TV less than two years ago (August 2018) and this week the screen went dark. The TV turns on but no display. Up to this point, the TV was working great and offered great quality.
