The black screen happened. Tried resetting, and did a manual reboot. There is reviews all over online that this keeps happening. Might be a great tv if you buy the warranty and like to replace it every 1to 3 years. That’s the average expectancy of this tv! Will never buy TVs again!

Laptop is fine except for the obnoxious noise.

The fan was supposedly the issue the first time. It was supposedly replaced. Less than a month later it's making the same noise. This is the 5th HP laptop in my family and it's really disappointing to have this experience after so many quality laptops over the years.

There is no picture and of course the warranty has expired. I have never owned a tv that needed to be replaced in under 7 years. I will NOT buy or recommend this brand ever. Waste of money!!

It appears to be a common problem with this TV. But if you only want it for a year, then go ahead and get it.

TLC Rocky tv

The customer support at TLC said it will take 7-10 days to get it fixed. I have really never liked this TV very user unfriendly. I would not recommend this TV

TV Made Noise, Cut Off and Wouldn't Power On

Died in 18 months

Turned it on today and no picture, but there is sound. A black screen. Tried resetting and nothing worked. LEDs need replacing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!

We understand every individual has their own preferences. There are many different picture settings you can alter both on the TV and through the free Roku mobile app. Altering these settings allows each individual to configure the TV to fit their personal preference. The free Roku mobile app also works as a remote to toggle sound and volume in addition to features like private listening. Hope this helps and happy viewing!

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, advanced picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Complete garbage!

A tv like this should last at least five or so years, not for a year and a half! I am never buying TCL again!

Excellant Picture, Easy Set Up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review....This 55" TCL has a Great Picture, good sound, very easy set up and at less than $400.00 is a Great Bargain. The only things that I have found wrong with it so far is I get a strong smell coming from it when I first turn it on lasting up to 20/30 minutes. The smell doesn't go completely away but isn't as bad as with start up. I'm still wondering if I should return it because of this. The other thing that you need to be aware of is it has two leg stands located 38" apart instead of the standard one center stand, make sure your TV Stand is wide enough to accommodate this wide spacing for the TV's Legs.
