Horrible sound for a Roku

Posted .We are sorry you are disappointing in the sound quality. To get better sound from most current TVs, many customers are opting to get sound bars for a more immersive experience. This set can connect using HDMI ARC, Digital optical audio, and an analog audio out in the form of a 3.5mm jack

PS4 says this tv does not have HDR

Posted .I'm really sorry for your frustration. This TV DEFINITELY has support for 4k Ultra HD gaming with HDR support. On your TV, make sure you have the HDMI input you are using is set to "HDMI 2.0", and look here to make sure you setup is correct on your PS4: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/system---hardware/sound---screen/ps4--how-to-get-hdr/.
