Great picture quality & easy to setup. Those already familiar with Roku will have zero problems setting this up. Those without will quickly pass the learning curve. HDR, 4K, wifi ready, Roku - this tv has it all

Bought tv for daughter in order to upgrade from smaller screen. Could not have gotten a better tv for price. Roku built in allowed her to ‘cut the cable’. Extremely satisfied with picture, ease of use and set-up.

We did not know anything about TLC TV, bought it because we were looking for a low cost option in a room that doesn’t get used a lot. Surprised by the picture quality and easy setup.

Looked for awhile and when I saw this tv on sale and Ellen gives away TCL tvs I thought would try it. Great pic,love the setup of it. This is my 5th tv i've bought from Best Buy. Always receive good customer service

This is the first good quality TV I've ever owned in my life. I have had a 32" 720p for 7 years and before that I had a 32" big picture tube tv. I did a lot of shopping around on line and decided on this TV. Now while the picture is good but for some reason I think it should be sharper. I really wish I would have went to the store to see this instead of relaying on reviews. I was thinking of returning this because I thought I had 30 day's. But I just found out I only had 15 Days and that ended a week ago so I guess I'm stuck. As I said this is really the best looking picture I've ever owned but I guess I was looking for a picture that jumps off at you. My father has a 50" 1080p Samsung and it has a sharper more vibrant picture. Anyway to sum it up since I'm stuck with this I will make the best of it and learn my lesson which is never to buy a TV on line just off of reviews go to the store and look at the TV's in person. As for the "Recommend this to a friend" I'm gonna say no just so you don't do what I did. GO TO THE STORE AND LOOK!!!

I was torn between giving the tv a 4 or a 5 star rating. I'm not a tv snob, so I don't knit pick. The only issue I have with this unit is that the remote has the volume and mute buttons on its edge and I keep bumping them when I handle the remote. Not all tvs come with bolts to hang it. This one does. The components, i e, antenna, dvr etc are accessed as icons on the home screen just as the Roku channels are. If you have a Roku box and you want to add or switch to this tv be sure you can access your account before setup. It will make setup quicker. We purchased a spare remote shortly after the install. We ended up with 5 remotes for the last tv. If a person needs to get up to reach for the remote they're doing something wrong.

While I find the picture to great and nice and clear,I did find the remote not very user friendly,much prefer a regular tv remote for the tv itself or I would have given it a 5 rating.

It’s a great product for the price; overall the quality of the pictures is great and it looks more expensive that what it actually was. If you are looking for a good a good tv for a cheap price, this is a great option

I had purchased a tv from an online retailer and it had arrived smashed. I was able to replace it quickly at BestBuy and for cheaper - the picture is fantastic - Great HDR and 4K - didn't even need to tune the picture

The 55inch TCL Smart is perfect for us. Great picture and includes a number of streaming services. Easy set up and configuration to connect online and stream thru a number of services.

I have had several 55' TVs some in the High and med end and this one has nothing to be jelous of. Roku TV is a great addon, so you wont need any additional third party hardware to watch youtube/netflix/prime

This tv has a built-in Roku and the picture looks good for the low price. The delivery and installation were good and quick. They called ahead before delivery and installed the tv for me in 15 minutes.

Bought the tv mainly because it was cheap but it's been a good tv. Good picture and I love the warranty I got. 5 years for only 80 dollars. Great tv not the best but an affordable option
