I've had this TV for 6+ months now and it's been the primary TV in my house, outpacing my ~4 year old Samsung LED. This is a great intro package to 4K programming and super easy to use. Most of the apps you can think of are built right into the Roku platform and the response time is extremely snappy. If I had one complaint, it's that there's only 3 HDMI ports, but then again, I believe that's the case with most sets today.

I chose this tv as my first smart tv. Great value for the price. The remote is easy to use and has smart keys for Hulu, Sling, and Netflix. Roku is included in the tv already. I would give the picture quality and sound a 4.5 out of 5. Even though I've never had a smart tv, I've only owned LG, Sony, and Sharp brands and I know the picture would be better. Sports and video games also look great. Overall, the tv is the best value for the price.

Bought this TV October 14, 2017. Beautiful picture, Roku built in is great, handles Xbox One X with no lag. Felt great with my purchase. Then December 27, 2017, POP.... TV dies. Contact TCL, troubleshoot with no luck. Wait a week for technician. Tech says powerboard was fried. Replace powerboard, turns on but no picture. Determines backlighting was fried too. Submits his findings to TCL reccomending replacement TV, we get called 24 hours later by TCL saying they are replacing it. Figure overnight me a new set, right? Nope, they send new TV to technician who then brings it to me and takes old one. In 7-10 business days. NOT IMPRESSED TCL! May be a lemon but if a TV dies after 2 and a half months I certainly expect quick and efficient replacement! Will not buy TCL again. Hard to beat the value but I will spend the extra money next time for a more reliable TV from a company who takes care of their customers.

Great tv for the price! Very user friendly.....only thing is sound quality but I already had a sound bar.
