My family and I love this tv. Great picture and ease of use

I was very quick to recommend this TV to everyone believing I found a steal but I was wrong. 2 years in and very moderate use and it stopped turning for me. The screen turns on for half a second then just won’t come back on. TCL and Best Buy won’t do anything for me even after providing proof of purchase and saying I will literally pay for them to fix it. I’ll even bring in the store or do whatever... I spend thousands a year at Best Buy so really annoyed with this purchase. Will never buy a TCL again.

This is my 2nd TCL and it is having the same problems as my first. I love the picture but I don't understand why they both have failed within 2-3 years. At a certain point between the 2nd and 3rd year the TCL stops responding and cannot be reset. So much so that after the 1st failure I requested a Best Buy team look at it. They determined that it could not be fixed. I bought a 2nd one, this time with the protection plan and at the 2.5 year mark, my plan was for 2 years, it has now failed, picture is frozen, will not respond to the remote nor the reset feature on the back. None of my other TVs have failed. I have a total of 8 x TVs in my house and all are still working. Brand names include: Samsung, Sony, Westinghouse, and Magnavox. They range in age from 4 to 15 years and not once have I had to request service on them. Only the TCL has failed.

While hooking up I required a little guidance and TCL support was great.

Big screen. Roku TV is great. Looks beautiful in 4K.

This TV was a great deal for the money. It was purchased for my 14 year old son which he uses mainly for the smart component and for the HDR. He loves it however the volume is not very loud but picture quality is nice. This was a nice deal!!

Clear picture, intuitive set up, just a great value

You'll need to tweak the color and display settings in order to get the best possible picture out of this TV... But once its done... By far the best picture of any TV this size for sun $400. I advice you to check out rtings.com . They will give you amazing information on the TV as well as their display settings to fine tune this picture.

I had planned to buy another TV before I arrived at the store. I The Electronic Sales Associate patiently assisted, shared his expert knowledge and analysis. I’m pleased with my purchase. The picture quality is incredible. The volume is great in the family room. I’m looking to purchase another, as soon as it go on sale.

great picture, easy to use and the sound quality is good

This was a great purchase for the budget, I had to get this tv for the spare room and was surprised how easy to use and great it looks. This tv is actually easier to use than my Sony tv, the Roku works great as well. If I had to complain on something it would be the speakers, don't expect theater quality at Max volume.

Easy to set up, great picture, can't beat the price!

Good 4k picture with deep colors and good blacks. Definitely worth the sub $400 price point. Roku built in is the best smart tv platform. This is not a high end sony 900 series or samsun q series, but aside from the top leds, this goes toe to toe with the midrange 4ks. Cant go wrong.

Very good picture for the price once you do the setup mentioned in other reviews. Decent sound without other leakers unless watching movies or a music show. LOVE the Roku features! Game changer... Only complaint is that I was never able to set up my Spectrum remote with the codes I could find for TCL.

This is an excellent TV for the Price, Great Picture

Good quality, easy to manage.. we are very pleased.

In a balance struck between cost and performance, this TV is in a good spot. It has Roku built in and has a 120Hz emulator (since it seems nearly all 4k TVs are limited to 60Hz natively) to give the illusion of a faster refresh rate. Can't complain with the price and size.
