Nice picture, but not reliable

Exactly after one month of purchasing the TCL tv, the HDMI outlets malfunctioned for the DVD player. There was a loud buzzing noise and then the screen on the TV turned white. I tried all three outlets and had the same results. BTW, my DVD player is still working just fine.
