We love the color, the sound, the options. The tv remote does not work with Comcast. Very frustrating, having to use one to turn tv on, and sound, and another to change channels.

I was skeptical of this tv because of the low price, however the reviews were very favorable. The BB sales rep said he shared my feelings at first that they are actually very good. We love it. It was very easy to setup and has a great picture without tweaking it. I paid more for a 46” Samsung about 7months ago and had to call Samsung and get help tweaking it to make it as good as the BB display model. The TCL has a better picture right out of the box.

Not sure where else you will get a 4K tv for this price. It was easy to install and The Roku interface was easy. Only reason it is not a 5 is the ROKU remote. They need numbers for the TV interfaces for quick channel find vs scrolling up or down a guide

If you want a BIG tv but do not want to spend a fortune then look no further. This tv will be the best bang for your buck out of any other tv out there. You get the rocu tv + the 4K all for less then $400 and if that’s not a deal I don’t know what is.

This TV loses a star for the remote. I have this in a rental property but the picture quality is great and it has lots of useful apps loaded on. The best part about the tv is it has HDR support even with out being advertised as such! For the money great TV.

This TV has exceeded our expectations hands down. Sound quality is fine right out of the box. The picture is fantastic. Roku: I read a few reviews that mentioned having to pay a one time fee to activate. I personally was never prompted to pay for any sort of activation to use Roku. Once activated I downloaded the Xfinity Stream app, and we've been enjoying live TV since. Hands down for the price please don't pass this TV up!

With one notable and very problematic exception, this would be an excellent 5-star television. Great picture quality, easy to use, Roku TV. Loved it, until the sound lag about 1 1/2 years from purchase. Video and sound were "off", for a bit, then the sound also turned garbled (literally sounded like someone gargling while speaking), then sound went out altogether. After Googling the issue, it's apparently a 'thing' with this TV. I just have to periodically unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in so it reboots, and ta-da, sound fixed...until a month or 2 when it happens again. TCL needs to come up with a plan or recall for all of us who are tired of doing this, for this otherwise great TV.

I was originally looking for an ultrawide 4k monitor to edit video on, but then I thought maybe I should just get a 4k TV and use that as a monitor. At a fraction of the cost of a monitor, it's getting the job done just fine. It's features and quality are basic, but for this price, I can't complain. As a general use TV, it's perfect. It's the perfect size to mount to my wall opposite of my bed, it's bright enough to watch during the day, the colors are alright, and the image is clear enough, even when using it as a monitor and sitting 3 feet away from it. The refresh rate is a standard 60hz, but I still do plenty of gaming and high res video content without any issues. The HDR feature seems to cause problems, so if you're looking for an HDR capable screen, I suggest you stay away from this model. When using HDR on my PC for games, the colors go all wonky. The physical design is nothing fancy, as it's just a standard black bezel all the way around. At this price point, I wouldn't expect any kind of super slick bezeless look, anyway. The Roku TV features are easy to use, and I've had no issues setting up my streaming accounts or navigating the UI. Being a Roku product, the streaming apps are kept up-to-date, so I always have access to my content, no matter what platform I use - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and even Disney + was available right at launch. Using the Roku app with my phone or tablet is really handy. I mainly use it for private listening, where I can use my headphones connected to my phone to hear the audio, and leave the speakers off. One major downside to this unit is this weird flaw when using external audio, like a sound bar; the audio sometime gets a bad delay when streaming. I have a Vizio sound bar hooked up to the HDMI Arc port on the TV, so it is controlled with the TV remote, but if I pause a show on Netflix, when I hit play, it desyncs, and I have to turn the soundbar off and on again to fix it. Overall, this TV is worth getting if you want something big and high resolution on a budget.

Great picture. Great sound. Built-in Roku is a big plus. Easy to use and quite a bit of free streaming content. Mounting bracket holes are too low on the TV though so it doesn't mount as solidly as I would like. But that's my only complaint.

You cannot beat TCL for price and quality vs the brands like Sony, if you want to spend $2000 for a TV, knock yourself out. TCL has a beautiful picture, 4K and under $400. I will never spend outrageous money for a TV again and you are a fool if you do.

This TV is awesome! The picture is great and so are the features.I like that all my favorite apps and other peripherals can be found and operated from one place. I went ahead and upgraded to a 4k blu ray as well. The price was also hard to beat.

I hate to write negative reviews. However, I owned a 55” 4 series tv for 1 year and 2 weeks when suddenly the tv went completely black. I called tcl technicians for support and we attempted several fixes. After none of those worked, they said “sorry” and did not stand behind your name, technology, craftsmanship, integrity, etc. My fault for not buying a warranty on a $350 product, but seriously, 1 year and the tv goes black!!! I have a 42” Samsung that’s been mounted outside for 5 years. Through cold winters, rain, wind, pollen, and dust, and it looks and performs as well today as it did when I purchased it. Sad thing is, I gave tcl rave reviews weeks after my 4 series purchase. Great pic, great Roku built in, etc. But for this tv to last 1 year and for tcl to just say “sorry”. That's complete crap! Y’all need to treat your customers with extra care and appreciation for migrating to your name instead of the big boys. Very disappointed! I have been in sales for over 20 years, and always stand behind my products, even if it means a loss. Because in the end, I am in it for the long run. And reputation and integrity will take you further than quick unappreciative responses.

Great Tv for the price. Works great with video game consoles and HD television. Roku built in is amazing and highly convenient. Had to adjust some of the picture settings through the app to my liking but other than that is a very easy set up.
