The picture quality is awesome and has plenty of available options for customizing the display to your preferences. I had one problem with the 4K game mode refresh rate is 30hz and it made it unplayable. I had the hdmi 2.0 settings set as well. Maybe I missed another setting *shrugs*. It is an amazing 4K tv for the price!

The only negative is the sound. I find that I have to place the volume on 25 to hear a normal dialogue. That can easily be corrected once I purchase a soundbar. Overall very pleased with this tv. I also convinced other people to buy this brand and they have had no complaints.

Great 4K TV at a great price

Sound is not that great, but can't beat the price. Remote is only for basic functions (on/off, input, volume, etc).

Picture quality is excellent, sound quality good. Great to have just one remote control. Cons: typically slow and awkward to have to enter anything, like passwords. using the on screen keyboard. The Roku app I downloaded to my Iphone didn't work---need to contact tech support to see what's wrong.

Outstanding TV for the price

She couldn't believe the picture quality displayed at this price point. What made it even better was its compatibility with the Spectrum app, which allows access to all spectrum channels without the use of a cable box. Awesome product!

Happy for 1 month
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked this TV (incredible picture quality) for the first 34 days, but then the screen turned into a set of green and white bars, exactly the same than a previous reviewer. I have contacted TCL Support, haven't heard back yet.

The screen quality is amazing for the price and Dolby audio really does make it sound more crisp . The built in speakers are actually impressive! I would recommend anyone who is shopping for 55” 4K on a budget should take a look at this

Perfect tv for vacation home!

Once I got them in place I was very pleased with the tv's ease to hook up and program it's settings.
