Great tv but can’t use Netflix
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the picture is great as long as you never plan on watching Netflix. Something is wrong with the built in Roku and Netflix app. I hooked up FireTv box via HDMI and Netflix looks great, so it must be the Roku. A little research shows this has been an issue for at least two years. I wouldn’t have bought the TV if I knew of the Netflix issue. Let me clarify, Netflix works but does not detect it’s an HDR tv. The brightness goes up and down 20 or more times a minute to compensate. It’s unwatchable. I can watch trailers on Netflix and it looks amazing but when you watch the actual movie/show it just messes up every few seconds. If Netflix isn’t a big deal for you..buy this tv. If you want to use Netflix...don’t buy it.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV has solid picture for the price, but light bleeds around the edges; dark scenes look awful because of it and it's distracting once you notice it. Additionally, at times there are noticeable lines, although it's not as obvious or pronounced.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, advanced picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
