Cracked from store

There was such a great sale and overall good reviews for this product; however, both of ours were damaged when we got them home and unboxed them. Due to the inconvenience of having to return to different TVs for this exact brand, I would not recommend them. I cannot speak to the quality of the image or sound other than to know that the sound was not very loud from what we could make out of the TV.

Tcl 55" 4k tv didn't turn on. Traded for Sharp!

When we turned the tv on for the first time, the white power light flickered but the panel did not turn on. Called the store and returned it the next day and she traded it for a Sharp 55" 4k roku tv. A very wise decision. The picture looks great and now I have tv envy. Customer service at the Traverse City store was wonderful!!

Not Compatible with Pioneer ELite Reciever

DON'T BUY IT. I have spend over 5 hours with TCL tech support and their solution is that the TV and receiver are incompatible?????? When I hook up a different brand TV to the same exact system No problems and works the first time every time. I recommend staying away!!

Although you may need some assistance getting the settings set on your receiver, we can see no reason why a TCL Roku TV would not be compatible with a Pioneer receiver, as we have many many customers hooking up our TVs to virtually every brand receiver on the market successfully. The Worst TV I've Ever Owned

Netflix and HBO are non responsive. Signs out every time, refuses to load content when it eventually connects. I'd be better off using it as a table.

Horrible screen bleeding

Spend the extra few bucks and get something better

Everyone looks like they're wearing clown makeup. I tried a bunch of different settings to no avail. Returned it in less than a week. Save up and but the Sony or LG.

TV Died in 3 Days

The very first time I used it it seemed the picture was too dark. The next day I was watching TV when suddenly the picture went out. The captions would show on the screen, but not the actual video.

You may want to first try a power cycle. To do this you would simply unplug the TV from the wall and hold the power button (located on the bottom center of the TV, under the TCL logo) for 15 seconds. It is the middle of the 3 buttons when you feel underneath the TV. Additionally, we'd like to gather more information to see if we can isolate what is occurring. Terrible picture!

When playing games on my xbox one s the 4k doesn't look like 4k at all. The picture is really dim, I can't seem to find the control settings to change the picture. Overall bad picture. Returning it tomorrow for sure!

TV died at 18 months - TCL warranty - 1 yr!

Next day, it was sound and blank screen. Tried to troubleshoot per TCL website but no luck. Returned and exchanged for a VIZIO.

Nothing but problems

Terrible remote sensor

Posted .Sorry you are frustrated with the remote sensor. The first thing, is make sure that you have a clean line of sight between the remote sensor located in the bottom center of the TV, and where were sitting. Secondly, another great option, is to use the free Roku mobile app that will give you a full function remote control without line of sight over Wi-Fi. Hope that helps, TCL support

Major Junk

Was Samsung, mistake on item
