Got the 55" version. Most things you watch on this TV will come out great: excellent blacks, vibrant colors. The only bad thing is the vertical banding/dirty screen effect, which was a deal breaker for me. It is evident when you watch soccer and hockey. It looks like you have dust/dirt on the screen. I tried 2 of these TVs out but unfortunately the issue is there on both. Decided to just return the TV. Too bad, I really wanted this TV especially at the price point.

It is amazing the caliber of TV I got for 600, amazing pictures, deep blacks and the interface is clean and fast, also the TV itself is a looker, I would choose these TV over any other one but the flagship models of Samsung, LG, and Sony that cost 4 or 5 times over.

Tv has been absolutely great so far. I haven't noticed any uniformity issues. The blacks are nice and deep and colors are accurate. The sound on the other hand is not the best not much bass. But a good sound bar will easily fix that.

There are more expensive televisions out there, but no need to pay more. This has a great picture and is amazing. The feet for the stand and outer bezel are metal and much nicer than most and foe less money. Great value and recommend....

This is a very solid t.v. Certainly there are those that perform better, but not at this price. The picture quality is quite good outside of the dirty screen effect that is present when lighter colors comprise the majority of the background.

It gets 10 stars for everything else. Amazing picture and features. Built in Roku is also a huge plus. It’s greatest flaw is if you actually use the Roku features. Having to reset the network stack twice a day is an abhorrent flaw.

Bought this TV on Bestbuy.com and picked up in store. Got home and got the tv unpackaged and noticed the screen was cracked all the way across. Took back to Best Buy and received a replacement after about 30 minute wait which included the Best Buy employee unboxing the TV and examining for damages. Other than that this has been a great tv for the price. Mostly use for XBOX ONE gaming and watching Netflix, Sling and Spectrum App. I contemplated buying the same model except with the better remote but am happy with the line of sight remote for the extra savings. To some people it may be worth it to get the better remote (lazy people or people that regularly complain about minor things). If you want a nice 4k TV without breaking the bank account, I recommend going with this TV. Other top brands are roughly double the price for basically the same thing.

By far this is the best TV I have ever owned. This is my first 4K TV and the value for this TV is amazing! Great colors and black contrast. Great detail when watching 4K programming. The Roku TV is my favorite. I definitely recommend this TV to others!

This TV met all my requirements without breaking the bank. It provides great blacks and gets plenty bright. I would pick this over the Vizio P series because of the Roku software. Add an antenna and a usb and you can pause live Over The Air televesion.

I absolutely love this TV. Its Roku interface is great. Love all of the streaming apps and the ability to add more channels. The Picture is far better than the Samsung in the same price range, in fact, it's comparable to far more expensive TV's.

Great picture, easy to use and set up. I can see some slight fading in the corners but only because I read another review so I looked for it... Otherwise I would never have noticed. Doesn't effect the picture a bit! I would definitely recommend this TV!

I simply love this TV. This is a great TV for the price for all the features it comes with, if you had purchased a Sony, Samsung or a LG TV with the same amount of features would of easky paid double the price.

Did much research before buying this, read many reviews and I am very happy with the decision. TV has great picture quality, a very easy to use interface for a variety of streaming devices and in my opinion performs as well as sets costing double the price.

I think this is one of the best 55" TV available in 2018. I checked numerous review sites prior to purchasing with some saying that TCL has quality control problem, but my unit lacks any of the problems cited - no gray bars, great black levels, and has excellent viewing angles. The Roku controls make it easy to use and there are hundreds of channels that can be added (see https://cordcutting.com/roku-channels/). Although the speakers face the back, the volume is adequate for my living room and a sound bar would improve the viewing experience. This is my 1st LCD TV, replacing my 27" Magnavox CRT that is still working after 22.5 years and can only hope it will last as half as long.

When i plugged my ps4 in..i was shocked at how good it looked..even though i just bought a pro it still looks great. Tv shows look ok but i mainly bought it for gaming..i highly. Recommend this tv

The TCL 6 Series is one of the best TV values out there. This TV has extremely realistic colors and is better than any other sub-$1k 4K set I've seen in person. For the price, you can't beat this TV, it hangs with sets 2-3 times the price.

I upgraded from an LG 1080p tv I have had for 8 years or so. The differnce between 4k and 1080p is night and day. So far I am pleasantly surprised but the quality of picture from a "budget" tv. The tv performs more like a high end tv for 1/2 the price.

I bought this tv after reading many reviews online about it. I am very happy with it. I love roku, and then picture quality while streaming 4k with the built in apps is amazing. 4k discs(played through an xbox one s) look amazing on this as well.

So obviously this is not a $3,000 OLED, now with that said I expected a little more. The HDR and 4k are good, response time seems a little slow. Noticed a couple artifacts when things move fast. I can deal with these things for the price I paid, what I can't deal with is what others have said about the lines in the panel. Yes they are faint and more noticable in certain conditions, but they are constantly there. This is where I expected more, a clean screen. I would have taken this back if it wasn't such a pain in the rear and then paying a restocking fee. You might be better trying a bigger name until TCL (RCA) fixes the panel issue.

We placed 2 of these in our business. They look really nice when turned on or off. They do not have the cheap glossy plastic around the edge, but a nice brushed look. TV picture looks great. We do not use the speakers so I don't know about sound.
