The TV is great viewing quality and the Roku integration is great, but the TV has been spontaneously shutting down since we got it. Best Buy won't support it and refer me to TCL. TCL can't figure it out and won't replace it. It was awful for live sports, when we had them, and it makes my kid crazy when it happens during playing Fortnite. Stay away!

I never heard of the TCL brand until I spoke with someone at Best Buy. But, I'm glad I bought it! Easy to set up and worked perfect right from the start. No problems whatsoever.

Spent some time looking for a new TV an this one came recommended from friends and family. Best picture for any TV I have ever had hands down! TCL is my new brand.

Got a great deal on a 2018 model. Still figuring out how to mesh the tv remote with my Directv remote. As far as the picture is concerned, it is fantastic!

Super satisfied with this TV! Fortunately vertical banding doesn't seem obvious with my TV. My PS4, XBox One X, and Apple TV all work pretty well. A must recommendation!

After researching TVs for a long time, I settled on this TCL due to price point, features, and reliability. I've had it about a month now and it hasn't disappointed.

This tv is fantastic. The screen has beautiful resolution, and the colors are vibrant. So good in fact that I could actually see details in GoT Season 8 Episode 3.

I was watching TV and noticed the picture go black. The audio was still playing but no image. I turned off the TV and back on but the screen was still black. I unplugged all the cables and disconnect the power cable for 30 seconds. Then plugged only the power cable back in. Still, the picture was black. I plugged in my cable box with an HDMI cable and the TV started playing sound but still no picture. I tested another TV with no issues. I turned on text-to-speech to see if I could navigate the Roku home screen. I was able to switch to different sources but still no picture, only a black screen. I tried a factory reset from the back of the TV by holding down the reset button for a few seconds. The status light blinked for a while and then stopped. I used the remote to see if the tv was on and I could hear the sound effects but still, the TV screen is black. I turned on text-to-speech to see where I was and it told me to select a country. So I am definitely at the initial device setup. I've had the TV for only 2 months and it seems to have already died. I contacted Best Buy but they won’t do anything after 30 days. This TV is an outstanding deal but there seems to be a massive quality control issue. Contacted TCL USA for support but who knows how long that will take let along if they’ll do anything at all. Very disappointed.

Unless you're going to shell out $1500+ for an OLED tv, this is by far the best TV to buy.

I have had this Tv for a year now, and cannot say enough good things about it. Really great value, great picture, even in bright daylight.

We have been pleased with this TV, now in use for about two months. It mounted easily to our angling wall mount, previously used for our Sony 49", and inputs are adequate. The sole complaint I have is that it has no jacks for the former RGB inputs from our older DVD player. The audio jack works with our speakers, which makes up for the inevitable poor sound from flat, back-mounted factory speakers - common to all flat screens, I would guess. All in all, while I do not expect it to outlast our decade-old Sony, a surprisingly good product which offers very good value for a minimal price.

I’ve done so many research on this TV and it’s not that bad! People talk about Panel Lottery which is true but if you care about just watching TV and Movies and don’t reall nit pick on small blemish this TV is for you! You can always play with the settings to what you want! Remember everyone has different eyes! You can’t go by the negative reviews till you actually see it for yourself! You’ll be satisfied with this TV in my opinion if you’re not extra picky!

The picture is is great and the menu has a lot of adjustments available to customize to your liking. I also really like how fast and fluid the menu is.

4K Xbox gaming, bright colors, sleek design. I couldn’t be more happy. I love the google home integration and the smart home screen is a game changer for me

We have only had the TV for a coupe of weeks, but we are very pleased so far. The picture is very clear and crisp, and the sound is fine for just normal TV watching.

For my first 4k hdr experience it's pretty solid but just a few technical issues like tv restarting randomly while playing ps4 pro that's my only issue with this tv

The screen looks wonderful but I noticed while watching Dunkirk that there was some dark spots in the bottom center screen. I wiped it off but to no avail. I then looked this up to find out that is vertical banding and did a test from YouTube which confirmed this. I reached out to tcl via the email that's in these reviews and haven't had a response. I'm returning this today. I noticed a electronic burning smell today now. Although the screen looks amazing, this was a big let down.

Bought this as a bedroom tv. Quickly realized picture was so good should have made it my main living room tv. Picture, price, & operating system all incredible.
