Would not buy again

The television spontaneously turns off, almost daily. Sometimes within minutes, sometimes hours. I have gone back and forth with customer service for the entire time I’ve owned the unit. I’ll spare you the ridiculous details of trying to resolve the issue. They now want to send a repair person to my home to repair the unit. This thing is brand new and needs repair? I have a 13 year old Toshiba lcd that operates good as new and this TV arrived needing repairs. I’m basically stuck with this garbage. They’ll come replace something, keep going back and forth with me, then eventually tell me it is out of warranty. There is a reason why it’s priced so low. Spend a little more money and buy a more reputable brand and just add a Roku or whatever to it. The time I’ve spent (and will continue to spend) trying to resolve this issue has already cost me more than the value of the product. If I had been working during the time I’ve been trying to resolve this I would have enough money to buy a much more expensive television. My mistake. TCL = Trash Costs Less
