Lasted one month before picture problems

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One half hour before my NFL game was to be played a rainbow appeared on the top middle of my screen I received a response from support Their response was from the picture I sent that the screen was cracked and warranty therefore it not applicable It is not cracked Very unhappy also CNET reviewed the 6 series being the best in its price range better than Samsung and Vizio Should of bought Samsung like my previous 4 purchases CNET needs to aware of their lack of dependability
