    This is a fantastic 4k TV for the price and a huge upgrade from my 1080p Samsung. Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade and don't want to break the bank.

    I need of the best tech purchases I've made. This TV has all the bells and whistles you'd expect at a much higher price point. Not perfect picture, but by far better than my former 24inch CRT

      Hi RAHD,

      We're thrilled you are enjoying your TV. There are options to change settings on the TV to better suit your personal preference. While watching a show or movie you can change the picture settings to better suit that specific content. By pressing the asterisk (*) button on your TCL Roku Remote it will open the Options menu, and you can change settings like TV brightness, Picture Mode, and access Advanced picture settings. Additionally, if you download the free Roku mobile app you will gain access to more features and settings to help adjust the TV to your personal preference. Happy viewing!

    Purchased this TV about 1 month ago based around the hype and online reviews. Within a day of purchasing my TV and watching content, I noticed that in certain scenes the TV would flicker in specific areas. Thought to myself "Okay no problem, these things happen, TCL will send me a replacement TV and I will be good to go" Second replacement TV arrived and it was having the same problem. Same flicker in the same scene, regardless of what settings I used, regardless if I played the content from the built in Roku OS or my Xbox. Third screen was sent and still same problem. Plugged the TV into a UPS in case it was a power issue with my apartment. Still same problem. At this point it seems like the problem is a limitation, or characteristic of how the TV handles it's back light and not a defect of the TV. Wish I had known this before my 30 day return window was up. I would have returned the TV and purchased something else but now I’m stuck with it. Outside of certain high quality image streams with heavy contrast this screen looks good. It’s pretty impressive during HDR gaming, but the backlight flickering seems unacceptable to me.

    I like the fact that TCL is a nice big and comes with Roku TV. Roku TV really made a difference in how I watch tv and streaming. It is a great access to a lot of channels.

    After reading one great review after another we pulled the trigger for this 55". No question for the price the picture is outstanding; however this particular set continues to experience turning itself off and the ARC HMDI is buggy. Upon communication with TCL the turning itself off is unfortunately more common than one would expect. TCL is working on upgrades but have been responsive in coming out to fix.

    I was interested in testing out TCK, and Ilooked at Series 4, 5, and then this 6 Series. It performed flawlessly out of the box and look forward to many years of great TV.

    Almost used daily. Good tv. I have had only one problem with it. It just stopped receiving over the air signals. I reset the tv and no issues since.

    For $549 its the best 4K unit for the price. it has Roku built in and 3 more HDMI inputs, 2 way audio allows me to use my older HDMI (non 4k receiver as the sound system

    Great price and the tv is even better than the Samsung it replaced. I loved by AppleTV and now I’ve traded out to Roku due to the awesomeness of it’s UI.

    This is a great TV. The customer service from BB has been great. the setup, installation and quality of the product are all great. But for some unknown reason - at completely random times of day, the TV just shuts down. No matter what I am watching (which I should say is via my WiFi, not cable or a satellite feed), the TV just turns itself off. Even if I'm using the ROKU feed... Very bizarre , waiting on geek squad to help resolve this... It is NOT the screen saver, which is off - so who knows...

    This TV provides very good color saturation and fidelity. It has a really good selection of on board apps and the setup and installation was simple. Highly recommended.

    When TV is working the TV is great. However out of the box the TV would randomly power off. Tried factory resets, SW updates, turning down video processing modes, with wifi, without wifi, wired ethernet, etc... Nothing fixes issue that in the middle of any video TV will turn off and not provide an enjoyable experience.

    I love this TV it has great colors and works great. The only thing I would change are the ability to get to the settings and the lack of settings when yo get there.
