Should have listened

The colors were amazing but when the screen was white or a sky was on the screen there was really bad banding. I took it back after having it 2 hours and will wait to buy a higher end TV.

Shuts off by itself

I have had to call customer support many times and did all those factory reset and other measures but still problem not resolved. I wish I can just return this TV.
