Unfortunately, you get what you pay for

Since then, it has been worthless. The USB port seems to be failing, which causes a black warning box to pop up on the screen (even if you have no interest in using the USB port), and nothing you can do will make it go away. Not even a factory reset of the machine. The TCL tech support said it was a software issue and that I had to reach out to Roku. But Roku is not accepting phone calls (like, at all) and won't reply to my repeated email messages. What a waste of time and money.

Turns off randomly.

Google it, it’s a known issue and no solve. It drove us all nuts until we just got a new one. Avoid this. Otherwise works fine but you will lose your mind.
