    I bought this tv on black friday sale Nov 2023... My salesman told me I had until 2/13/2024 90 days this was purchased 11/15/23 THE TV IS HORRIBLE...DIRT SLOW AND TERRRIBLE GHOSTING... TRASH ... i'M SO SURPRISED THAT BEST BUY CAN'T HELP A POOR VETERAN THATS DISABLED! AFTER ALL THEY THEMSELVES TOLD ME I HAD UNTIL FEBUARY 14TH TO RETURN... I did not know the lenth of troubles as its a bedroom tv and used only late at night for tv shows or a movie, at first it looked good then started getting worse and WORSE..... DO NOT BUY "TCL GARBAGE" ALSO MAYBE CHOOSE A BETTER PLACE TO BUY FROM... BOO BEST BUY.... BOOO

    had to do a complete resetting of factory specs before it would even work? Picture is too bright and fades when you turn the brightness down.

    Avoid TLC

    I am on my 2nd TLC google TV. The first one crapped out and only took 8 months for TLC to replace it under warranty. The new one is a bit better but will lock up or for no reason or will exit out of the streaming app you are watching and go to another app. Only way to fix this once it has hapoened is to hard power down for 20 seconds and plug back in. This was one of the issues with ku first crapped out TLC. We also have a Hisense and have had zero issues. Avoid TLC unless you enjoy unplugging your TV in the middle of a game you are watching

    The google software that came with the TV makes it very slow. I purchased TCL before with Roku software and it was fast. The Google inclusion spoiled it. Also, the Youtube function did not work and I returned it.
