Good picture and beautiful color

When hooked up to your google account it does a good job linking all services. My thing i dont like about it is how slow it is when going through the screen and apps

A Lot of TV for the Money

It went on sale for $230 so I bought one. I didn't need a lot and wasn't expecting a lot. My main TV is a 2014 Sony 65" 4K TV. It was expensive - $1800. I guess TVs have just improved a lot because this TCL is better in every way compared to my 10 year old Sony. I suppose if you need the best TV available this TV won't be good enough but if you're an average viewer just looking for a decent TV I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Worth the money!

With HDR support, you can see the vibrant displays when you play 4K content. Kudos to Best Buy for matching the price when the TV became cheaper after my initial purchase. My major complaint would be regarding the Google TV interface which is a bit laggy though. However, it works seamlessly with my Apple TV. The CEC control for powering ON the TV with my Apple TV remote is a bit flaky and I need to make sure I have both the remotes available. However, a QLED TV for this price is a steal and hence the five star rating.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He uses the TV to play PS5 and he couldn't be happier! The picture is extremely clear, and the sound quality is excellent! I am in the market to purchase a new TV for my living room. I have been a huge supporter of Sony, but I am now considering TCL. Let's be real, the economy and the cost of things are crazy! If I can get the same or very close to same quality TV as a Sony and pay almost half the cost.... Come on peeps...! Think about it. Go check a TCL out before your next purchase. I think you will be impressed.

Amazing QLED TV

Good picture but hope you love ads

Seems good so far had it about a month. Make sure to turn on app only mode and block the domains that serve ads to android tvs to get all of the content rec garbage and deluge of ads out of your face every time you turn it on.

Fantastic so far

I did, however, research the calibrations settings through a simple google search and it made it look even better. Remote seems easy to use, and response times for the Google system is quick enough. All Apps are easily downloaded with no issues. I AM running into a problem at the moment with hooking my sound bar up with this tv. I am using the ARC connection and sometimes it works and others it doesn't produce sound. This could be a user error, as there are many options for sound output and pass through options. I'll have to mess with it more to see if I can get it resolved. All in all, the picture and resolution looks fantastic and system easy to navigate.

Buy if on sale, skip if not

The picture quality will not blow you away but for a $299 TV it isn't really supposed to. Google TV was really the reason I purchased this TV. It is a great operating system and very easy to operate especially if you are not good with technology. I am not usually a fan of TCL but this was just too good of a deal to pass up.
